【摘要】:針對(duì)物聯(lián)測控技術(shù)面對(duì)對(duì)象多種多樣以及物聯(lián)網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)成復(fù)雜、實(shí)時(shí)性低等不足,以片上系統(tǒng)C8051F20為核心,基于FreeModbus協(xié)議設(shè)計(jì)了一種支持多接口、集約化、本機(jī)可編程的智能物聯(lián)終端。終端支持Modbus RTU、Modbus TCP數(shù)據(jù)通信,可與上位機(jī)無縫對(duì)接,實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控,又可靈活連接現(xiàn)場傳感器和執(zhí)行器。同時(shí),系統(tǒng)移植了μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系統(tǒng)并采用μC/GUI進(jìn)行用戶界面搭建,軟件中設(shè)計(jì)有邏輯編程功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)了本機(jī)可編程。使終端能同時(shí)進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程測控和現(xiàn)場實(shí)時(shí)邏輯控制,同時(shí)縮減了通信量、降低了網(wǎng)絡(luò)復(fù)雜程度,解決了測控實(shí)時(shí)性問題。實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明,該終端工作穩(wěn)定可靠,編程操作簡單,實(shí)時(shí)性好,適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),達(dá)到了實(shí)用要求。
