【摘要】：基于運營商網(wǎng)絡(luò)實際情況和移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)流量發(fā)展的特點,提出平臺層增值流量經(jīng)營系統(tǒng),由增值流量業(yè)務(wù)執(zhí)行網(wǎng)元、業(yè)務(wù)運營網(wǎng)元、策略生成網(wǎng)元和流量引入網(wǎng)元4個邏輯部分構(gòu)成,兼顧了業(yè)務(wù)執(zhí)行網(wǎng)元的穩(wěn)定性和業(yè)務(wù)運營網(wǎng)元的靈活性,可為運營商部署平臺層增值流量經(jīng)營系統(tǒng)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the actual situation of operator network and the characteristics of mobile Internet traffic development, a platform layer value-added traffic management system is proposed, in which the network element is executed by value-added traffic service and the network element is operated by service. The policy generation network element and the traffic introduction network element are composed of four logical parts, which take into account the stability of the service execution network element and the flexibility of the service operation network element. It can provide a reference for the operators to deploy the platform layer value-added traffic management system.
