【摘要】：大興安嶺供電公司管理區(qū)域點多、線長、面廣,致使辦公效率低下,成本較高。針對以上問題,文章提出了遠程視頻會議系統(tǒng)建設方案,遠程視頻會議系統(tǒng)的終端控制器架設在總部機房,外圍設備架設在各縣級單位機房,利用企業(yè)專網(wǎng)、采用E1專線和IP網(wǎng)絡組網(wǎng)方式進行互聯(lián)。該方案解決了大興安嶺供電公司因地域因素導致的辦公效率低以及成本高等問題,可實現(xiàn)公司總部與3個縣級單位以及周邊8個偏遠地區(qū)基層單位的遠程視頻會議,有效提高企業(yè)的管理效率和經濟效益。
[Abstract]:Daxinganling Power supply Company has many management areas, long lines and wide areas, which results in low office efficiency and high cost. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the construction scheme of remote videoconferencing system. The terminal controller of the remote video conference system is set up in the headquarters computer room, the peripheral equipment is set up in the computer room of all county-level units, and the special enterprise network is used. This scheme solves the problems of low office efficiency and high cost caused by regional factors in Daxinganling Power supply Company. It can realize the remote video conference between the company headquarters and 3 county-level units as well as the 8 basic-level units in the surrounding remote areas, which can effectively improve the management efficiency and economic benefits of the enterprises.
