【摘要】:針對(duì)高速公路建設(shè)里程長(zhǎng)、周期短、管理人員不足引起的重點(diǎn)施工環(huán)節(jié)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理精細(xì)化水平低,建設(shè)環(huán)節(jié)質(zhì)量取證困難的問(wèn)題,本文依托實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目,以計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)、視頻壓縮技術(shù)和硬盤(pán)存儲(chǔ)技術(shù)為支撐,設(shè)計(jì)了高速公路建設(shè)過(guò)程遠(yuǎn)程視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),可以對(duì)整個(gè)建設(shè)過(guò)程進(jìn)行全方位實(shí)時(shí)視頻監(jiān)控并存儲(chǔ),能及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)施工過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工人員有震懾作用,有效遏制質(zhì)量通病。同時(shí)為緊急情況下現(xiàn)場(chǎng)取證提供資料,可以提高管理水平,具有重要的工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。本文以某在建高速公路施工過(guò)程遠(yuǎn)程視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用為背景,主要闡述該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程。從系統(tǒng)的需求分析出發(fā),對(duì)高速公路施工過(guò)程中的隧道、橋梁、跨橋、梁場(chǎng)、拌合站等重點(diǎn)控制工程進(jìn)行視頻監(jiān)控。結(jié)合工程實(shí)際情況,采用最新的數(shù)字平臺(tái)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),在遵循設(shè)計(jì)原則的前提下,確定了系統(tǒng)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)的功能分析,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì),在傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中根據(jù)實(shí)際情況分別進(jìn)行有線傳輸?shù)木W(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì)和無(wú)線傳輸?shù)木W(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)不同傳輸方式網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并在實(shí)際工程中得以實(shí)現(xiàn)。最后提供了簡(jiǎn)單的視頻客戶端軟件設(shè)計(jì)流程,對(duì)該系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行了展示,而且對(duì)實(shí)際工程中遇到的常見(jiàn)故障問(wèn)題給予了解答。高速公路施工過(guò)程遠(yuǎn)程視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在經(jīng)過(guò)充分的需求分析和精心的設(shè)計(jì)后,成功運(yùn)行并且在實(shí)際應(yīng)用過(guò)程中取得了良好的效果,在質(zhì)量提升和保證工程順利運(yùn)行方面都具有重要作用。因此,該系統(tǒng)憑借其可靠性高、實(shí)用性強(qiáng)、快捷、維護(hù)性好、先進(jìn)成熟的特點(diǎn),為解決高速公路施工過(guò)程項(xiàng)目分布地域廣泛且偏僻的合同段之間的通信問(wèn)題提供了一個(gè)可行的方案。
[Abstract]:In view of the highway construction mileage of long, short cycle, management personnel shortage caused by the construction of key link site fine management level is low, the construction process quality forensics difficult problem, this paper based on the actual project, with the computer network communication technology, video compression technology and hard disk storage technology, the design of the remote video monitoring system of highway construction process. Can carry on the omni-directional real-time video monitoring and storage of the whole construction process, can discover the quality problems in the construction process, has a deterrent effect on site construction personnel, effectively curb the quality problems. At the same time to provide information for emergency on-site evidence, can improve the management level, has important application value in engineering. Based on the background of a in the construction process of highway construction application of remote video monitoring system, mainly expounds the design and implementation of the system from the system. The analysis of the demand of highway construction process in tunnel, bridge, bridge, beam field, mixing station and other key control engineering video monitoring. According to the actual situation of engineering, the network digital video monitoring system of the new platform, to follow the design principles of the premise, to determine the structure and function of the system. According to the analysis of the function of the system, the system of the transmission network design, network design and network design in the design process of the transmission network according to the actual situation of cable transmission and wireless transmission, network of different transmission modes are designed and realized in practical engineering. Finally the design process of the video client software is simple the application effects of the system were demonstrated, and gave solutions to common problems encountered in practical engineering. The highway construction process of remote video monitoring The control system after the full demand analysis and careful design, the successful operation and achieved good results in the practical application process, the quality improvement and ensure the smooth operation of the project has played an important role. Therefore, this system with its high reliability, strong practicability, convenient maintenance, good, advanced and mature the characteristics, provides a feasible scheme to solve the communication problem between the expressway construction project is widely distributed and remote section of the contract.
