【摘要】:隨著市場競爭趨勢日趨嚴峻,新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)逐漸成為企業(yè)長足發(fā)展的驅(qū)動器。而通信行業(yè)競爭更加激烈,市場要求企業(yè)快速推出,成本低,質(zhì)量高,滿足客戶要求的新產(chǎn)品,基于此,新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)管理越來越受到企業(yè)的重視,然而目前在新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)管理上的研究并不多,在企業(yè)實際運行的研發(fā)管理流程中還存在著很多有待完善的地方。本文對HT65A基站天線項目的進度管理進行深入的研究,首先對HT65A基站天線這一具體項目進行項目范圍規(guī)劃,范圍定義,工作分解結(jié)構(gòu),范圍確認和范圍控制,組建了專門的HT65A基站天線項目組,并制定了一套規(guī)范的范圍控制流程。然后根據(jù)項目的工作分解結(jié)構(gòu),對HT65A項目列出了活動清單和邏輯關(guān)系,運用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)估算了HT65A基站天線項目的活動持續(xù)時間和資源需求情況,用關(guān)鍵路徑法算出了項目的總工期,并制定出了HT65A基站天線項目的進度計劃,然后運用工期壓縮的技術(shù)和方法,對進度計劃進行了優(yōu)化從而滿足了客戶的工期要求,在項目的進度控制中,通過對比法時時監(jiān)控項目進度,及時做出調(diào)整,成功地保證了該項目的順利實施。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly severe market competition trend, new product research and development has gradually become the driving force for the rapid development of enterprises, while the competition in the communications industry has become more intense, and the market requires enterprises to quickly launch, low cost, high quality, and meet the requirements of new products. Based on this, R & D management of new products is paid more and more attention by enterprises. However, there are few researches on R & D management of new products at present. There are still many places to be improved in the R & D management process of the actual operation of the enterprise. This paper makes a deep research on the progress management of the HT65A base station antenna project. First, the project scope of the HT65A base station antenna project is planned. Scope definition, work breakdown structure, scope confirmation and scope control, set up a special HT65A base station antenna project team, and developed a set of standard scope control flow. Then according to the work breakdown structure of the project, The activity list and logic relation of HT65A project are listed, the duration of activity and resource requirement of HT65A base station antenna project are estimated by using network technology, and the total duration of project is calculated by critical path method. The progress plan of the HT65A base station antenna project is worked out, and then the schedule is optimized by using the technology and method of time compression to meet the requirements of the customer, and in the progress control of the project, Through the contrast method to monitor the progress of the project and make timely adjustments, the successful implementation of the project is ensured.
