基于多傳感器的無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計

【摘要】:無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)可以實現(xiàn)對監(jiān)測對象的信息采集和數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,它在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域中有著廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,往往對環(huán)境溫濕度、氣壓等參數(shù)以及設(shè)備的穩(wěn)定性有著嚴格的要求。目前能夠同時實現(xiàn)對環(huán)境參數(shù)和設(shè)備狀態(tài)進行監(jiān)測的無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)還很少,已有的無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)也往往存在實用性差、可靠性不高等問題。因此,針對工業(yè)監(jiān)測中對環(huán)境溫度、濕度、氣壓以及設(shè)備的狀態(tài)多個參數(shù)的監(jiān)測需求,設(shè)計了一種集成多傳感器、基于無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的工業(yè)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。 本文根據(jù)實際應(yīng)用需求對系統(tǒng)的功能特點和設(shè)計原則進行了分析,在對比幾種常用的嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)和短距離無線通信技術(shù)的優(yōu)缺點后,最終確定了以STM32F103微處理器和μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式實時操作系統(tǒng)為硬件核心和軟件平臺,集成溫濕度傳感器、氣壓傳感器和加速度計于一體,基于ZigBee無線通信技術(shù)的監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方案。通過在監(jiān)測區(qū)域中分散安裝多個無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點,實現(xiàn)對監(jiān)測區(qū)域環(huán)境的多點監(jiān)測。無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點采用間歇式休眠工作模式,不僅降低了節(jié)點的功耗,還能夠降低無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的數(shù)據(jù)通信負擔。為滿足工程實際應(yīng)用的需要,對多傳感器的數(shù)據(jù)融合處理算法進行了研究,采用適合本系統(tǒng)特點的數(shù)據(jù)融合算法,針對多個傳感器節(jié)點對同一環(huán)境參數(shù)的監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進行了融合處理,提高了數(shù)據(jù)的準確性。 本系統(tǒng)在江蘇物聯(lián)網(wǎng)研究發(fā)展中心的超凈間進行了應(yīng)用,在應(yīng)用過程中對節(jié)點通信性能、設(shè)備振動監(jiān)測功能進行了測試,,對環(huán)境參數(shù)測量結(jié)果的準確度進行了分析。測試結(jié)果表明,系統(tǒng)的各項功能和數(shù)據(jù)精度均滿足設(shè)計指標,工作穩(wěn)定可靠。本系統(tǒng)能夠廣泛地應(yīng)用在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,同時也為工業(yè)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Wireless sensor network (WSN) can collect information and transmit data to monitor object. It has a wide application prospect in industrial field. The parameters such as air pressure and the stability of the equipment have strict requirements. At present, there are few wireless sensor network systems that can monitor the environmental parameters and the state of the equipment at the same time, and the existing wireless network systems often have poor practicability. Therefore, an integrated multi-sensor industrial monitoring system based on wireless sensor network is designed to meet the monitoring requirements of environmental temperature, humidity, air pressure and the state of equipment in industrial monitoring. In this paper, the functional characteristics and design principles of the system are analyzed according to the practical application requirements.
