【摘要】:隨著通訊技術(shù)的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)控制方式已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)代工業(yè)控制需求?刂葡到y(tǒng)逐漸往網(wǎng)絡(luò)化發(fā)展,而無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)又有靈活性高等優(yōu)勢(shì),成為控制理論的研究熱點(diǎn)。對(duì)于無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)的研究,由于涉及網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議,控制器,網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)延及丟包等多方面的因素,僅僅從理論角度研究是很困難的,而如果采取實(shí)驗(yàn)的方法,又涉及成本較高的問題。因此,對(duì)于無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)的研究,利用仿真工具對(duì)其進(jìn)行建模仿真研究是一種可行且實(shí)用的方法。 而到目前為止,對(duì)無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)性能的仿真研究比較少,而且不夠全面。本文基于TrueTime建立了無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)仿真模型,全面系統(tǒng)的從兩個(gè)角度對(duì)其進(jìn)行了仿真研究: (1)從通訊理論出發(fā)了解網(wǎng)絡(luò)本身,以達(dá)到減小網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)延及丟包對(duì)系統(tǒng)影響的目的;赥rueTime仿真工具箱建立無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)仿真系統(tǒng),通過改變網(wǎng)絡(luò)本身的屬性,研究時(shí)延、干擾、采樣周期、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸速率、調(diào)度策略和節(jié)點(diǎn)間距離對(duì)無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)性能的影響。仿真結(jié)果表明:網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)延越大,網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制性能越差;隨著干擾增大,系統(tǒng)的控制性能越來越差;采樣周期過大或過小,都會(huì)使系統(tǒng)控制性能變差,因此在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中要選取合適的采樣周期;理論上,數(shù)據(jù)傳輸速率越大,系統(tǒng)的控制性能越好;不同調(diào)度策略對(duì)無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的控制性能影響不同,實(shí)際應(yīng)用中應(yīng)選擇合適的調(diào)度策略;隨著節(jié)點(diǎn)間距離增大,系統(tǒng)控制性能越來越差。 (2)從控制理論出發(fā),以確定的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)為研究對(duì)象,設(shè)計(jì)更優(yōu)的控制器來達(dá)到減小網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)延及丟包對(duì)系統(tǒng)影響的目的。針對(duì)時(shí)延問題,提出用模糊免疫結(jié)合一種改進(jìn)Smith補(bǔ)償?shù)姆椒▽?duì)無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行控制,設(shè)計(jì)了模糊免疫PID控制器和改進(jìn)型的Smith預(yù)估補(bǔ)償結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了仿真研究。仿真結(jié)果表明:被控對(duì)象端改進(jìn)型Smith預(yù)估結(jié)合模糊免疫PID控制策略對(duì)無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)是有效的,而且可以對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,降低時(shí)延的隨機(jī)性對(duì)無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制系統(tǒng)的影響,表現(xiàn)出很好的控制效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of communication technology, the traditional point-to-point control mode can no longer meet the needs of modern industrial control. The control system is gradually developing to the network, and the wireless network control system has the advantages of high flexibility, etc. The research of wireless network control system is very difficult because of many factors such as network protocol, controller, network delay and packet loss. If the method of experiment is adopted, the problem of high cost is involved. Therefore, it is a feasible and practical method to use simulation tools to model and simulate wireless networked control system. So far, the simulation research on the performance of wireless network control system is few and not comprehensive enough. This paper establishes the simulation model of wireless network control system based on TrueTime, and makes a simulation study of wireless network control system from two aspects. In order to reduce the network delay and the impact of packet loss on the system, the simulation system of wireless network control system is established based on TrueTime simulation toolbox, and the delay is studied by changing the attributes of the network itself. The effects of interference, sampling period, data transmission rate, scheduling strategy and distance between nodes on the performance of wireless networked control system are discussed. The simulation results show that the greater the network delay, the worse the network control performance. If the sampling period is too large or too small, the control performance of the system will become worse, so it is necessary to select the appropriate sampling period in practical application; in theory, the greater the data transmission rate, the better the control performance of the system. Different scheduling strategies have different effects on the control performance of wireless networks. In practical applications, appropriate scheduling strategies should be chosen, and with the increase of the distance between nodes, the control performance of the system becomes worse and worse. 2) based on the control theory and taking the determined network structure as the research object, a better controller is designed to reduce the network delay and the impact of packet loss on the system. In this paper, a fuzzy immune control method combined with an improved Smith compensation method is proposed to control the wireless network control system. A fuzzy immune PID controller and an improved Smith predictor compensation structure are designed. The simulation results show that the improved Smith predictor combined with the fuzzy immune PID control strategy is effective for the wireless network control system, and the whole system can be optimized. The effect of reducing the randomness of delay on the wireless network control system is very good.
