隨著科技的進(jìn)步,網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)得到了飛速的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)于信息共享度的要求也在不斷的提高。隨之而來的,各種家電設(shè)備、儀器儀表乃至工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的數(shù)據(jù)采集設(shè)備、制約設(shè)備在逐步地走向網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、集成化和自動(dòng)化,以便利用快捷的網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,實(shí)現(xiàn)分布式遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控、信息交換與信息共享。鑒于傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)通訊方式——現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線,存在傳輸距離短、互操作性差、傳輸速率低等缺點(diǎn),而在現(xiàn)代大型工業(yè)制約系統(tǒng)中,設(shè)備除要完成現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)要求外,還有個(gè)關(guān)鍵的環(huán)節(jié)就是數(shù)據(jù)采集與狀態(tài)監(jiān)控,例如在電力行業(yè)中,微機(jī)保護(hù)裝置的可靠性首先就有賴于數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)和狀態(tài)監(jiān)控設(shè)備,因此,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的無人值守和遠(yuǎn)程制約,找到一種便捷有效的方式來解決上述的不足,則成為技術(shù)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。因而,為適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)需求和實(shí)際工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的需要,本課題對(duì)已有電力系統(tǒng)中組件式微機(jī)綜合繼電保護(hù)裝置進(jìn)行了技術(shù)改造。本文在淺析淺析行業(yè)背景及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的同時(shí),給出了基于ARM7芯片LPC2290為制約器的Modbus_TCP的嵌入式系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信模塊的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),完成了嵌入式網(wǎng)關(guān)的底板硬件設(shè)計(jì)以及基于μC/OS-Ⅱ的系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì),很好的實(shí)現(xiàn)了CAN格式數(shù)據(jù)與Modbus格式數(shù)據(jù)的轉(zhuǎn)換,并完成了基于Modbus_TCP協(xié)議的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,將數(shù)據(jù)通過以太網(wǎng)傳送到遠(yuǎn)程PC機(jī)或顯示器,來實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控和集中管理。將該設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用在電力系統(tǒng)的繼電保護(hù)裝置上,經(jīng)濟(jì)、便捷,產(chǎn)品的互操作性好,并很好的實(shí)現(xiàn)了資源的共享及遠(yuǎn)程的集中監(jiān)控和管理。對(duì)進(jìn)一步提高電力行業(yè)乃至整個(gè)工控領(lǐng)域的集成度和自動(dòng)化程度有著積極的意 義;并在監(jiān)控設(shè)備自動(dòng)化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化要求日趨迫切的今天,為全面普及和大規(guī)模應(yīng)用遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控和數(shù)據(jù)傳輸設(shè)備,提供了簡(jiǎn)便易行的設(shè)計(jì)方案。

【Abstract】 With the progress of science and technology, network technology has a rapid development, and people’s demand with the information sharing has gained incessant improvement. Follow that, all kinds of the electrical home appliances, instrument as well as the data acquisition device and control equipment of the industrial production have gradually tended to network, integration and automation, so that we can use the swift network resource to realize the remote monitoring, information exchange and information sharing.Because the field bus as the traditional way of the industrial communication has some disadvantages such as short in transmission distance, bad in interoperability, low in transmission rate. But in the large industrial control system, the devices besides meeting the demand of the production, there are a crucial link that is data acquisition and condition monitoring. For example, in power industry, reliability of microcomputer protection firstly relies on the data acquisition system and condition monitoring device. Therefore, it is the trends of the technological development that find an effective way to solve the above problem, so that we can realize the unattended and remote control in production site.Consequently, in order to adapt to market demand and demand of the practical production, this project is technical transformation for the relay protection device of power system which has existing. This paper analysis the industry background and development trend, then proposing a scheme that is "Design and Implementation of Network Communication Module in Embedded System Based on Modbus_TCP". And this embedded system is based on the a ARM7 chip which is LPC2290 microcontroller by Philips manufactured. This paper finished the hardware design of embedded gateway and the software design of system based onμC/OS-II, which realize the exchange between CAN data and Modbus data and transmit the data based on Modbus_TCP protocol. Concretely, it through Ethernet transmits the data to remote computer through Modbus_TCP. In the end, this project realizes the remote monitoring and the centralized management.This design is applied to the relay protection device of power system, realizing the resource sharing and remote control successfully which is economy, convenience and good in interoperability. Also, it has a positive significance that improving the integrated level and the automation level of power industry and even the whole industrial control field. And it proposes a simple and feasible scheme to realize the remote control and data transmission.
