基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的煙草種植環(huán)境信息系統(tǒng)設計與應用

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的煙草種植環(huán)境信息的管理方法大多是基于紙質(zhì)記錄,或者是先進行現(xiàn)場紙質(zhì)記錄,然后再輸入電腦,工作繁瑣、工作量大、工作效率低是其顯著特點。而基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的移動終端數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),可方便實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場及歷史數(shù)據(jù)的現(xiàn)場查詢,極大提高了數(shù)據(jù)采集和管理的能力。因此,為了及時、準確、全面地掌握煙草種植環(huán)境信息,滿足煙草種植過程中的環(huán)境信息的實時獲取需求,本論文以臨沂市煙草技術中心沂水試驗站為研究對象,利用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)感知技術,開展煙草種植環(huán)境信息獲取及分析應用的研究,旨在實現(xiàn)煙草種植環(huán)境信息的實時、動態(tài)、準確獲取,為實現(xiàn)高效高產(chǎn)的煙草種植科學管理模式提供決策依據(jù)。本論文在對當前現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研分析的基礎上,首先在沂水試驗站煙田布設溫度傳感器、濕度傳感器、光傳感器、風力風向傳感器等,檢測煙田的溫度、濕度、光照強度、風力風向等關鍵環(huán)境參數(shù)。然后在物聯(lián)網(wǎng)硬件系統(tǒng)集成并實現(xiàn)信息獲取的基礎上,結(jié)合煙草行業(yè)科技信息類型及臨沂市煙草專賣局(公司)實際需求,依托于山東臨沂煙草科技信息服務平臺,進行了子系統(tǒng)“智慧園區(qū)”的設計與研發(fā)。采用當前先進的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術,實現(xiàn)了煙草試驗站信息的全面透徹感知。結(jié)合沂水試驗站土壤類型、地勢和小氣候特征,選取物聯(lián)網(wǎng)感知觀測點,對每一個觀測點實施24小時不間斷的土壤溫濕度、風速、風向、光照強度、空氣溫濕度信息采集。以采集數(shù)據(jù)為基礎,將感知信息以圖形形式直觀地展現(xiàn)出來,短期分析可以得出數(shù)據(jù)的變化規(guī)律,中長期分析可以得出數(shù)據(jù)的變化趨勢。根據(jù)獲得的環(huán)境信息,結(jié)合煙草對具體種植過程中的環(huán)境要求,進行分析應用,實現(xiàn)獲取的數(shù)據(jù)的管理與應用,為生產(chǎn)決策提供理論依據(jù)。本研究的主要創(chuàng)新點如下:(1)針對臨沂市煙草專賣局(公司)的實際需求及臨沂地區(qū)的具體煙草種植環(huán)境,設計了基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的煙草種植環(huán)境信息系統(tǒng),對煙草種植環(huán)境信息進行不間斷監(jiān)測獲取,實現(xiàn)了隨時隨地的信息采集和傳輸、存儲;(2)對獲取到的煙草種植環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)進行具體分析與研究,將研究結(jié)果應用于實際生產(chǎn)及科研項目中,為科學決策提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Most of the traditional management methods of tobacco planting environment information are based on paper records, or the paper records on the spot first, and then input into the computer. The work is tedious and the workload is heavy. The work efficiency is low, and the mobile terminal data acquisition system based on the Internet of things can easily realize the field and historical data query, greatly improve the ability of data acquisition and management. Therefore, in order to be timely and accurate, This paper takes Yishui Experimental Station of Linyi Tobacco Technology Center as the research object, and makes use of the Internet of things perception technology. The purpose of the research on obtaining and analyzing tobacco planting environment information is to realize the real-time, dynamic and accurate acquisition of tobacco planting environment information. In order to provide the decision basis for the scientific management mode of tobacco cultivation with high efficiency and high yield, based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation, this paper first installed temperature sensor, humidity sensor and light sensor in Yishui experimental station. The key environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, light intensity, wind direction and so on are detected by wind and wind direction sensors. Then, based on the integration of the hardware system of the Internet of things and the realization of information acquisition, Combining the types of scientific and technological information of tobacco industry and the actual demand of Linyi Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company), relying on the Shandong Linyi tobacco science and technology information service platform, The design and development of the sub-system "wisdom park" is carried out. With the current advanced technology of the Internet of things, the comprehensive and thorough perception of the information of the tobacco test station is realized. Combined with the soil type, topography and microclimate characteristics of the Yishui experimental station, Select the Internet of things perception observation points, and carry out 24 hours continuous collection of soil temperature and humidity, wind speed, wind direction, light intensity, air temperature and humidity information for each observation point. Visual display of perceptual information in graphic form, short-term analysis can obtain the law of data change, medium and long term analysis can get the change trend of data. According to the environmental requirements of tobacco in the specific planting process, the management and application of the obtained data can be realized through the analysis and application. The main innovation points of this study are as follows: 1) aiming at the actual demand of Linyi Tobacco Monopoly Bureau (Company) and the specific tobacco planting environment in Linyi area, A tobacco planting environment information system based on Internet of things is designed. The information of tobacco planting environment is monitored and obtained continuously, and the information collection and transmission are realized at any time and anywhere. The environmental data obtained from tobacco cultivation are analyzed and studied in detail. The results are applied to practical production and scientific research projects to provide the basis for scientific decision making.
