高效視頻編碼幀間預(yù)測中運(yùn)動估計(jì)算法研究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的不斷革命和多媒體技術(shù)的不斷創(chuàng)新,H.264/AVC視頻編碼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已經(jīng)不再能夠滿足當(dāng)前社會需求。2013年1月26日,新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)—高效視頻編碼HEVC(High Efficiency Video Coding)正式問世,它是由兩個組織共同制定的,即國際電信聯(lián)盟ITU-T(International Telecommunication Union)的視頻編碼專家組VCEG(Video Coding Experts Group)、國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織ISO/IEC(InternationalStandard Organization/International Electro Technical Commission)的運(yùn)動圖像專家組MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group),它能獲得更加優(yōu)越的壓縮性能,但卻需要更多的編解碼時(shí)間。運(yùn)動估計(jì)作為視頻編碼的核心技術(shù),耗費(fèi)時(shí)間最多,,因此,對運(yùn)動估計(jì)的搜索策略和匹配準(zhǔn)則這兩大關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行深入研究是非常有必要的。 論文首先對HEVC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)原理、新技術(shù)、新概念進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)對比了H.264/AVC標(biāo)準(zhǔn),驗(yàn)證了HEVC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對壓縮性能的提高和對高清甚至超高清視頻的優(yōu)勢。然后介紹了HEVC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)幀間預(yù)測的相關(guān)原理,提出了一種基于預(yù)測流程的差別判別劃分方法,縮短了0.7%以上的編碼時(shí)間。最后從搜索策略和匹配準(zhǔn)則兩個方面對塊匹配運(yùn)動估計(jì)算法進(jìn)行研究。在搜索策略方面,分析了常用的運(yùn)動估計(jì)搜索策略的基本原理,并通過實(shí)驗(yàn)將其對比了HEVC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中混合搜索策略;對于匹配準(zhǔn)則方面,在研究常用匹配準(zhǔn)則的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種稀疏統(tǒng)計(jì)二次Renyi熵的運(yùn)動估計(jì)匹配準(zhǔn)則,該準(zhǔn)則在計(jì)算二次Renyi熵時(shí),引入了統(tǒng)計(jì)直方圖,采用統(tǒng)計(jì)的方式來計(jì)算概率密度函數(shù),并結(jié)合基于梯度的圖像質(zhì)量評價(jià)和運(yùn)動矢量中心偏離特性,對直方圖的統(tǒng)計(jì)區(qū)間進(jìn)行稀疏化。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)仿真,證明了本文所提出的匹配準(zhǔn)則對運(yùn)動劇烈的視頻序列能夠得到優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)絕對誤差函數(shù)的PSNR值,取得更好的效果。
[Abstract]:With the continuous revolution of information technology and the continuous innovation of multimedia technology, the H.264% AVC video coding standard is no longer able to meet the current social needs. In January 26th 2013, a new standard, HEVC(High Efficiency Video coding, was formally introduced. It was developed by two organizations, VCEG(Video Coding Experts Group, a video coding expert group of the ITU-T(International Telecommunication Union, and MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group, an expert group on motion images from the ISO/IEC(InternationalStandard Organization/International Electro Technical, which offers better compression performance. As the core technology of video coding, motion estimation takes the most time, so it is necessary to study the two key factors of motion estimation: search strategy and matching criterion. In this paper, the principle, new technology and new concept of HEVC standard are described in detail, and the H.264 / AVC standard is compared through experiments. The advantages of HEVC standard in compression performance and high definition or even ultra high definition video are verified. Then, the relative principle of frame prediction in HEVC standard is introduced, and a differential discrimination method based on prediction flow is proposed. Finally, the block matching motion estimation algorithm is studied from two aspects: search strategy and matching criterion. In the aspect of search strategy, the basic principle of common motion estimation search strategy is analyzed. The hybrid search strategy in HEVC standard is compared by experiments, and a sparse statistical quadratic Renyi entropy matching criterion for motion estimation is proposed on the basis of studying common matching criteria. When the quadratic Renyi entropy is calculated, the statistical histogram is introduced, the probability density function is calculated by statistical method, and the image quality evaluation based on gradient and the center deviation of motion vector are combined. The statistical interval of histogram is sparse and the experimental simulation shows that the proposed matching criterion can obtain the PSNR value of the traditional absolute error function better than that of the traditional absolute error function.
