基于mSCTP-CMT的垂直切換策略研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,人們對(duì)于信息通信的需求不斷擴(kuò)張;同時(shí)隨通信技術(shù)尤其是無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的日益進(jìn)步,催生了多種異構(gòu)無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)在使用中協(xié)同工作,因此移動(dòng)節(jié)點(diǎn)在異構(gòu)網(wǎng)路之間能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)無縫平滑的切換,是提高通信質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵:目前提高異構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)間的垂直切換性能的研究具有重要的理論意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)有很多的研究機(jī)構(gòu)和學(xué)者針對(duì)垂直切換的各方面內(nèi)容進(jìn)行研究,然而這些研究很多都只是針對(duì)一個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究的,如有的只針對(duì)無線接收信號(hào)強(qiáng)度RSS的研究,有的是只研究支持切換的一些協(xié)議,這樣是不夠的;垂直切換的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)是保證移動(dòng)節(jié)點(diǎn)能夠在合適的時(shí)間切換到合適的網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,同時(shí)保證用戶的通信不受到切換的影響,因此僅僅以某一個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究,提高的性能是有限的,也是不合理的。依據(jù)現(xiàn)有的研究方向,作了進(jìn)一步研究分析,將結(jié)合接收信號(hào)強(qiáng)度RSS(Received Signal Strength)和下一代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)端到端傳輸協(xié)議的SCTP的擴(kuò)展協(xié)議]nSCTP-CMT。首先,RSS作為無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)中最基本的參量,可以直觀地反映無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的質(zhì)量,以此為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可以明確移動(dòng)節(jié)點(diǎn)切換的時(shí)機(jī);其次,mSCTP-CMT由于協(xié)議自身的特性可以動(dòng)態(tài)地添加和刪除IP地址,同時(shí)CMT(Concurrent Multipath Transmission)技術(shù)可以很好地實(shí)現(xiàn)軟切換,保證切換過程的平滑,減少包重傳數(shù)和丟包率,保證網(wǎng)絡(luò)的吞吐量不會(huì)受到切換的影響;在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了(mSCTP-CMT)-RSS的垂直切換策略,改進(jìn)的地方是實(shí)現(xiàn)跨層次的設(shè)計(jì)方案,及時(shí)有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)切換,降低由于切換造成的切換時(shí)延,提高切換的性能,保證不會(huì)影響用戶的通信質(zhì)量。通過仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了該策略的合理性與先進(jìn)性。最后對(duì)課題進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和展望,提出了下一步的研究方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet technology and communication technology, people's demand for information and communication is expanding, and with the development of communication technology, especially wireless network technology, many heterogeneous wireless networks work together in use. Therefore, mobile nodes can achieve seamless and smooth handoff between heterogeneous networks. It is the key to improve the communication quality. At present, the research on improving the performance of vertical handoff between heterogeneous networks has important theoretical significance and application value. Now, there are many research institutions and scholars to study all aspects of vertical handoff. However, many of these studies are only focused on one aspect, such as the wireless received signal strength RSS research, some only research some protocols supporting handoff, this is not enough; The key technology of vertical handoff is to ensure that the mobile node can switch to the right network at the right time, and at the same time to ensure that the user's communication is not affected by the handover. Is also unreasonable. According to the existing research direction, has made the further research analysis, Combining the received signal strength (RSS(Received Signal Strength) with the next generation Internet end-to-end transmission protocol (SCTP extension protocol), nSCTP-CMT.Firstly, as the most basic parameter in wireless network, it can directly reflect the quality of wireless network. Secondly, mSCTP-CMT can dynamically add and delete IP address because of the characteristics of the protocol itself, and CMT(Concurrent Multipath transmission technology can realize soft handover well and ensure smooth handover process. In order to reduce the number of packet retransmission and packet loss rate and ensure that the throughput of the network will not be affected by handoff, a vertical handoff strategy for mSCTP-CMTU -RSS is proposed. The improvement is to realize the cross-layer design scheme and to realize handoff in time and effectively. The delay caused by handoff is reduced, the performance of handoff is improved, and the communication quality of users is not affected. The rationality and advanced nature of the strategy are verified by simulation experiments. The next research direction is put forward.
