用于非規(guī)則波導傳輸特性分析的高效坐標變換法

【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)數(shù)值方法在非規(guī)則波導的數(shù)值計算中存在邊界處理復雜、計算效率低等問題,提出了一種高效分析非規(guī)則波導傳輸特性的坐標變換法。首先根據(jù)變換函數(shù),將非規(guī)則截面區(qū)域映射為一個簡單的規(guī)則截面區(qū)域,為保證變換前后Maxwell方程組滿足形式不變性,變換后的規(guī)則截面區(qū)域需填充適當?shù)母飨虍愋悦劫|(zhì),媒質(zhì)參數(shù)由Jacobian變換矩陣確定,由此將非規(guī)則截面波導轉(zhuǎn)化為一個與其等效的規(guī)則截面波導;其次借助有限元法對簡單的等效規(guī)則波導進行求解,可有效降低邊界處理算法的復雜度和剖分網(wǎng)格密度,提高數(shù)值計算效率。對橢圓波導和矩形脊波導的計算結(jié)果表明,使用該方法能夠在保證足夠計算精度的同時,節(jié)省計算資源達50%以上。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of complex boundary processing and low computational efficiency in the numerical calculation of irregular waveguides by traditional numerical methods, a coordinate transformation method is proposed to analyze the transmission characteristics of irregular waveguides. The irregular cross section region is mapped to a simple regular section region. In order to ensure that the Maxwell equations before and after transformation satisfy the form invariance, the transformed regular section region should be filled with appropriate anisotropic medium. The medium parameters are determined by the Jacobian transform matrix, and the irregular cross section waveguide is transformed into an equivalent regular section waveguide, and the simple equivalent regular waveguide is solved by the finite element method. The computational results of elliptical waveguide and rectangular ridge waveguide show that the proposed method can ensure sufficient calculation accuracy while reducing the complexity and mesh density of the boundary processing algorithm. The computational resources are saved by more than 50%.
