【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,城市安防視頻監(jiān)控越來越廣泛地運用到平安城市的各種場合。城市安防視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中計算機(jī)進(jìn)行視頻信息的壓縮、儲存、分析、顯示以及報警等自動化處理,從而實現(xiàn)無人值守；通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺實現(xiàn)了遠(yuǎn)距離視頻監(jiān)控,即使是數(shù)千公里外也能達(dá)到親臨現(xiàn)場的效果；利用先進(jìn)的軟件系統(tǒng)不僅在幾分鐘內(nèi)便可完成傳統(tǒng)視頻監(jiān)控中大量的數(shù)據(jù)分析,提高了視頻監(jiān)控效率,且能獲得更為逼真、清晰的數(shù)字化圖像質(zhì)量與更為便捷、實用的視頻監(jiān)控管理和維護(hù)。通過城市安防視頻監(jiān)控項目的建設(shè),實現(xiàn)覆蓋整個城市的城市安防視頻監(jiān)控,城市報警聯(lián)動,車輛跟蹤,智能卡口等功能,實現(xiàn)整個城市安全視頻監(jiān)控,為公安系統(tǒng)提供統(tǒng)一的視頻監(jiān)控指揮平臺,通過先進(jìn)的信息化技術(shù),提高城市安全建設(shè)水平。城市中心作為一個高度復(fù)雜、人口密集的場所,城市安防視頻監(jiān)控的有效利用可以保障公共執(zhí)法人員和人民群眾的安全。對該類場所群眾日常行為及特殊情況下的視頻監(jiān)控,是平安城市管理不可缺少的工作。在平安城市場景中,我們關(guān)心城市安防視頻監(jiān)控中的異常行為,識別視頻監(jiān)控畫面中的異常情況,并能夠以實時可靠的方式發(fā)出警報,有效的協(xié)助視頻監(jiān)控人員獲取準(zhǔn)確信息和處理突發(fā)事件以阻止更多危險活動的發(fā)生。因此如何將這些城市安防視頻監(jiān)控中出現(xiàn)的異常行為準(zhǔn)確檢測和識別并及時通知處理是文章研究的主要內(nèi)容。文章研究平安城市視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中異常行為識別相關(guān)技術(shù),主要對視頻序列進(jìn)行前景提取、目標(biāo)行為識別等問題進(jìn)行了研究,并實現(xiàn)了對一個及多個運動前景的實時異常行為的檢測。文章首先對幾種最新異常行為的識別方法進(jìn)行了算法實現(xiàn),解決了如打斗等這類劇烈運動特征復(fù)雜且提取圖像速度慢的技術(shù)難題,接著提出了一種基于目標(biāo)輪廓特征檢測、目標(biāo)中心點跟蹤和區(qū)域光流特征檢測相結(jié)合的異常行為識別新方法。文章使用VC技術(shù)和開源計算機(jī)視覺庫進(jìn)行城市安防視頻監(jiān)控異常行為算法的實現(xiàn),并且通過現(xiàn)場實驗驗證了算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of science and technology, urban security video surveillance is more and more widely used in various occasions of the city. The computer in the city security video surveillance system compresses, stores, and analyzes the video information. Display and alarm automatic processing, so as to achieve unattended; Through the network platform to achieve remote video surveillance, even thousands of kilometers away can also achieve the effect of in-person presence; Using advanced software system can not only complete a large amount of data analysis in traditional video surveillance in a few minutes, but also improve the efficiency of video surveillance, and can obtain more realistic, clear digital image quality and more convenient. Practical video surveillance management and maintenance. Through the construction of the city security video surveillance project, the implementation of the city security video surveillance covering the entire city, the city alarm linkage, vehicle tracking, intelligent bayonet and other functions. Realize the whole city security video surveillance, provide a unified video surveillance command platform for the public security system, through advanced information technology, improve the level of urban security construction. The city center as a highly complex. In densely populated places, the effective use of urban security video surveillance can ensure the safety of public law enforcement personnel and people. In the safe city scene, we care about the abnormal behavior in the city security video surveillance, and identify the abnormal situation in the video surveillance screen. And can give an alarm in a real-time and reliable manner. Effectively assist video surveillance personnel to obtain accurate information and deal with emergencies in order to prevent more dangerous activities. Therefore, how to accurately detect and identify the abnormal behavior in the security video surveillance of these cities and timely. Notification processing is the main content of this paper. This paper studies the detection technology of abnormal behavior in the video surveillance system of Pingan city. This paper mainly studies the foreground extraction and target behavior recognition of video sequences. And the detection of real-time abnormal behavior of one or more motion prospects is realized. Firstly, several new methods of abnormal behavior recognition are implemented. This paper solves the technical problem of such violent motion features as fight and so on, which is complex and slow to extract images. Then, a new method based on target contour feature detection is proposed. This paper uses VC technology and open source computer vision library to realize the abnormal behavior algorithm of urban security video surveillance. The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by field experiments.
