【摘要】:無(wú)論任何項(xiàng)目要保證目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),都必須使用計(jì)劃、控制等方法進(jìn)行過(guò)程管理,有效地組織實(shí)施,而要在規(guī)定的時(shí)期內(nèi)完成項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的任務(wù),必須要作好項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理。有效的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理既要有進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,又有進(jìn)度控制,計(jì)劃是控制的基礎(chǔ),控制是計(jì)劃實(shí)施的保障,進(jìn)度計(jì)劃和進(jìn)度控制的有機(jī)結(jié)合才能夠確保項(xiàng)目的如期完成。本文以我司中標(biāo)的AH公安信息網(wǎng)IT運(yùn)維管理系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目為例,主要介紹了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制的理論依據(jù)及相關(guān)原理和方法在項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)踐過(guò)程中的具體應(yīng)用。應(yīng)用部分首先對(duì)該項(xiàng)目情況、建設(shè)的目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容、項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)思路及項(xiàng)目的組織、角色和職責(zé)等進(jìn)行了概述;其次,詳細(xì)介紹了該項(xiàng)目可能運(yùn)用到的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃相關(guān)理論,并對(duì)幾種進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制方法進(jìn)行了分析和比較,并選用網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)方法來(lái)編制整個(gè)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃,包括對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行工作結(jié)構(gòu)分解(WBS)和工作責(zé)任分配(LRC),確定工作活動(dòng)的邏輯順序,估算項(xiàng)目工期,并根據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖的繪制規(guī)則及相關(guān)參數(shù)計(jì)算,編制出該項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃工期表、網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖及關(guān)鍵線路;再次,根據(jù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃控制理論,介紹了針對(duì)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的延誤項(xiàng)目總工期的影響因素,并如何通過(guò)改變工作間的一些邏輯關(guān)系等措施,進(jìn)行計(jì)劃和工期的控制與調(diào)整,以滿足工期的要求,并根據(jù)公司及項(xiàng)目實(shí)際情況對(duì)進(jìn)度控制提出了相應(yīng)的管理措施和方法。
[Abstract]:No matter any project wants to ensure the realization of the goal, must use the plan, the control and so on method carries on the process management, organizes the implementation effectively, but must complete the project construction task within the specified period. It is necessary to manage the progress of the project. Effective project schedule management should have both progress plan and progress control. Plan is the basis of control and control is the guarantee of plan implementation. The organic combination of schedule planning and schedule control can ensure the completion of the project on time. This paper takes the development project of IT operation and maintenance management system of AH Public Security Information Network as an example. This paper mainly introduces the theoretical basis of project schedule and control and the concrete application of relevant principles and methods in the process of project development and practice. The application part firstly introduces the project situation, construction objectives and contents. Project design ideas and project organization, roles and responsibilities were summarized; Secondly, this paper introduces the relevant theories of schedule planning which may be used in this project in detail, and analyzes and compares several kinds of schedule planning methods, and selects the network planning technology method to compile the whole project plan. It includes decomposing the work structure of the project (WBS) and assigning the work responsibility to LRCU, determining the logical order of the work activities, estimating the project duration, and calculating the relevant parameters according to the drawing rules of the network diagram. The schedule, network diagram and key circuit of the project are worked out. Thirdly, according to the theory of project schedule control, this paper introduces the influence factors of the total project duration caused by the delay in the implementation of the project, and how to change the logical relationship between the work and other measures. The control and adjustment of the plan and the time limit are carried out to meet the requirements of the time limit, and the corresponding management measures and methods are put forward according to the actual situation of the company and the project.
