【摘要】:經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)B(tài)分解廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械故障診斷,但其模態(tài)混淆問題影響了方法的有效性。從機(jī)械故障診斷的角度提出了EMD模態(tài)混淆的基本概念,根據(jù)表現(xiàn)形式將模態(tài)混淆定義為"向下"、"交叉"和"向上"3種基本類型,通過深入研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)B(tài)分解的模態(tài)混淆問題,發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)生模態(tài)混淆的原因主要有2類:一類是由方法基本原理所導(dǎo)致,有模態(tài)向下混淆和模態(tài)交叉混淆2種表現(xiàn)形式,稱為Ⅰ類模態(tài)混淆問題;一類是由篩分算法缺陷所導(dǎo)致,有模態(tài)向上混淆1種表現(xiàn)形式,稱為Ⅱ類模態(tài)混淆問題。根據(jù)模態(tài)混淆產(chǎn)生的機(jī)理,提出了針對(duì)性的解決方案:對(duì)于Ⅰ類模態(tài)混淆問題需要引進(jìn)輔助手段加以解決,例如異常排除法、信號(hào)濾波法和輔助信號(hào)加入法;對(duì)于Ⅱ類模態(tài)混淆問題,完善了本征模態(tài)函數(shù)的定義,改進(jìn)了篩分算法最后進(jìn)行了仿真,結(jié)果表明所提解決方案有效。
[Abstract]:Empirical mode decomposition (EMD) is widely used in mechanical fault diagnosis, but its modal confusion affects the effectiveness of the method. From the point of view of mechanical fault diagnosis, the basic concept of EMD modal confusion is proposed. The modal confusion is defined as "downward", "crossover" and "upward" according to the form of expression, and the modal confusion problem of empirical mode decomposition is studied in depth. It is found that there are two kinds of reasons for modal confusion: one is caused by the basic principle of the method, the other is modal downward confusion and modal cross-confusion, which are called class I modal confusion problems.
