【摘要】：對于引入濾棒高架庫之后生產(chǎn)流程和生產(chǎn)模式的變化所導(dǎo)致的防差錯檢查無法進(jìn)行的問題,提出了一種物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在卷煙濾棒使用過程中的應(yīng)用方法。通過系統(tǒng)建模,針對不同濾棒規(guī)格的不同使用方式,設(shè)計實現(xiàn)物料的信息校驗,完成物料與生產(chǎn)工單之間的信息交互和驗證,每班節(jié)約2人時的同時,提供了更為可靠的防差錯校驗,并可在差錯時提供報警。通過實施,提高了生產(chǎn)智能化水平,也為物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在制造行業(yè)的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了實踐。
[Abstract]:The error check out of change after the introduction of filter rod for overhead warehouse production process and production mode, puts forward the application method of IOT technology in cigarette filter used in the process. Through system modeling, according to different specifications of filter rod with different methods, the design and implementation of information check material complete the production, material and information exchange and verification between each class, saving 2 people at the same time, provides a more reliable error checking, and can provide alarm when an error. Through the implementation, to improve the production of intelligent water level, also the practical application of IOT technology in manufacturing industry.
