【摘要】:在日趨發(fā)達(dá)的無(wú)線通信技術(shù)中,,通信的安全與可靠也越來(lái)越成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。無(wú)線通信壓制系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)為信息安全的傳遞提供了有力保障。而通信壓制系統(tǒng)中能夠產(chǎn)生帶寬可調(diào)、性能更好噪聲調(diào)頻壓制信號(hào)則是重中之重,因此對(duì)無(wú)線通信壓制系統(tǒng)專用調(diào)制信號(hào)源的開發(fā)與研制就顯得格外緊迫。 本論文來(lái)源于無(wú)線通信壓制系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目,針對(duì)基于Cyclone II的FPGA的復(fù)雜調(diào)制信號(hào)源的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究。提出了一種基于FPGA+QDUC硬件平臺(tái)的系統(tǒng)構(gòu)架,運(yùn)用信號(hào)調(diào)制與信號(hào)處理算法,通過(guò)直接數(shù)字頻率合成技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)的復(fù)雜調(diào)制信號(hào)源系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案。首先,本文介紹了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ):軟件無(wú)線電理論及設(shè)計(jì)思想、頻率合成技術(shù)、信號(hào)調(diào)制算法。其次,對(duì)CORDIC算法與DA算法的基本原理進(jìn)行了闡述。再次,對(duì)基于Cyclone II的FPGA的復(fù)雜調(diào)制信號(hào)源的整體設(shè)計(jì)方案、系統(tǒng)核心模塊的設(shè)計(jì)方案以及核心芯片的功能特性進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)闡述。接著,從系統(tǒng)的可靠與穩(wěn)定性出發(fā),提出低成本、低功耗的解決方案,運(yùn)用時(shí)分復(fù)用思想實(shí)現(xiàn)多信號(hào)的時(shí)分輸出。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)采用了模塊化思想,各個(gè)模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)相應(yīng)的功能,由主控芯片F(xiàn)PGA對(duì)其進(jìn)行時(shí)序與邏輯控制,在FPGA中實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)數(shù)字正交上變頻芯片的控制、信號(hào)存儲(chǔ)模塊芯片的控制以及單頻信號(hào)的生成,AM、FM等模擬調(diào)制方式的實(shí)現(xiàn),2ASK、GMSK等數(shù)字調(diào)制方式的實(shí)現(xiàn)。最后,整合系統(tǒng)需求進(jìn)行了硬件與軟件的設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)試,并對(duì)復(fù)雜調(diào)制信號(hào)源實(shí)際產(chǎn)生的信號(hào)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,并提出進(jìn)一步完善系統(tǒng)的方法。 本設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)生的調(diào)制信號(hào)經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)際測(cè)試與檢驗(yàn),擁有較好雜散抑制特性和很高的頻率精度,運(yùn)用到無(wú)線通信壓制系統(tǒng)中達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目標(biāo)與效果,滿足了系統(tǒng)對(duì)中頻調(diào)制信號(hào)精度的要求。
[Abstract]:In the increasingly developed wireless communication technology. The research and development of wireless communication suppression system provides a powerful guarantee for the transmission of information security, and the bandwidth can be adjusted in the communication suppression system. Better performance of noise FM suppression signal is the most important, so the development and development of special modulation signal source for wireless communication suppression system is particularly urgent. This paper comes from the wireless communication suppression system project. The design and implementation of complex modulation signal source based on FPGA based on Cyclone II is studied. A system architecture based on FPGA QDUC hardware platform is proposed. Using signal modulation and signal processing algorithm, the design scheme of complex modulation signal source system is realized by direct digital frequency synthesis technology. First of all. This paper introduces the theoretical basis of the system design: software radio theory and design ideas, frequency synthesis technology, signal modulation algorithm. Secondly. The basic principles of CORDIC algorithm and DA algorithm are described. Thirdly, the design of complex modulation signal source based on Cyclone II FPGA is presented. The design of the system core module and the functional characteristics of the core chip are described. Then, from the system reliability and stability, a low cost and low power solution is proposed. Time division multiplexing is used to realize the multi-signal time division output. The system design adopts the modularization idea, each module realizes the corresponding function, the main control chip FPGA carries on the timing and the logic control to it. The control of digital quadrature up-conversion chip, the control of signal storage module and the realization of analog modulation such as single frequency signal generation are realized in FPGA. Finally, the hardware and software of the integrated system are designed and debugged, and the signal generated by the complex modulation signal source is verified. The method of further perfecting the system is put forward. The modulation signal produced by this design has good spurious suppression characteristics and high frequency precision after actual test and verification. It is applied to wireless communication suppression system to achieve the desired goal and effect. The system meets the requirement of if modulation signal precision.
