【摘要】:衛(wèi)星通信由于其通信范圍廣、可靠性高、便于實(shí)現(xiàn)多址通信等優(yōu)點(diǎn)已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代通信的主要手段,廣泛應(yīng)用于軍事作戰(zhàn)、氣象預(yù)測(cè)、廣播電視、海洋觀測(cè)以及導(dǎo)航定位等眾多領(lǐng)域。衛(wèi)星測(cè)控網(wǎng)作為衛(wèi)星入軌之后對(duì)其進(jìn)行測(cè)控和跟蹤的專用網(wǎng)絡(luò),其安全性直接關(guān)系到通信衛(wèi)星的可靠性和有效性。定量、全面地對(duì)衛(wèi)星測(cè)控網(wǎng)進(jìn)行安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,有助于準(zhǔn)確掌握其中潛在的安全事件,以便及時(shí)采取有效的安全措施,確保測(cè)控網(wǎng)穩(wěn)定、高效運(yùn)行。為此,本論文在深入研究信息系統(tǒng)安全評(píng)估基本理論的基礎(chǔ)上,圍繞衛(wèi)星測(cè)控網(wǎng)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的評(píng)估方法、模型和實(shí)現(xiàn)展開了研究,研究成果具有十分重要的價(jià)值和意義。算法上,論文具體研究了層次分析(AHP)法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法的基本原理和過程,并針對(duì)算法在指標(biāo)權(quán)重計(jì)算時(shí)可能存在“虛假專家”的問題,提出了融合聚類分析的改進(jìn)算法,排除了離異度大的專家意見對(duì)權(quán)重結(jié)果的干擾;通過綜合加權(quán),使得最終評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果更加收斂,充分體現(xiàn)了專家群體的評(píng)價(jià)意見。模型上,深入研究了衛(wèi)星測(cè)控網(wǎng)總體結(jié)構(gòu)與節(jié)點(diǎn)的構(gòu)成,建立了安全域模型,確定了衛(wèi)星測(cè)控網(wǎng)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估邊界。并結(jié)合衛(wèi)星測(cè)控網(wǎng)安全性實(shí)際,對(duì)影響安全事件風(fēng)險(xiǎn)值的指標(biāo)因素進(jìn)行了分解細(xì)化,設(shè)計(jì)了適用于衛(wèi)星測(cè)控網(wǎng)安全評(píng)估的指標(biāo)體系結(jié)構(gòu),提出了衛(wèi)星測(cè)控網(wǎng)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)計(jì)算模型,通過實(shí)例進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證了評(píng)估模型的科學(xué)性及合理性。實(shí)現(xiàn)上,結(jié)合論文所述的評(píng)估原理,自主研發(fā)了一套安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估軟件,并得到了實(shí)際的應(yīng)用。整個(gè)軟件運(yùn)行高效、易于操作、人機(jī)界面友好且支持?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)庫動(dòng)態(tài)擴(kuò)展,利用軟件可更加準(zhǔn)確、智能的評(píng)估衛(wèi)星測(cè)控網(wǎng)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Satellite communication has become the main means of modern communication because of its wide range of communication, high reliability, easy to realize multiple access communication and so on. It has been widely used in military operations, weather forecasting, radio and television. Satellite TT & C network is a special network for tracking and monitoring of satellites after orbit. Its security is directly related to the reliability and effectiveness of communication satellites. Comprehensive security risk assessment of satellite TT & C network is helpful to accurately grasp the potential security events in order to timely take effective security measures to ensure the stability and efficient operation of TT & C network. On the basis of deeply studying the basic theory of information system security evaluation, this paper studies the security risk assessment method, model and implementation of satellite TT & C network. The research results have very important value and significance. In the algorithm, the basic principle and process of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are studied in detail. Aiming at the problem of "false expert" in the calculation of index weight, an improved algorithm of fusion clustering analysis is proposed to eliminate the interference of the expert opinion with large degree of divorce to the weight result. Through the comprehensive weighting, the final evaluation results are more convergent, fully reflecting the evaluation opinions of the expert group. In the model, the overall structure and node structure of the satellite TT & C network are deeply studied, and the security domain model is established. The security risk assessment boundary of satellite TT & C network is determined, and the index factors which affect the risk value of security events are decomposed and refined according to the security reality of satellite TT & C network. The index system structure suitable for security evaluation of satellite TT & C network is designed, and the security risk calculation model of satellite TT & C network is put forward. The scientific and reasonable evaluation model is further verified by an example. Combined with the evaluation principle described in the paper, we developed a set of security risk assessment software, and got practical application. The whole software is efficient, easy to operate, friendly man-machine interface and support the dynamic expansion of database. The software can be used to evaluate the security risk of satellite TT & C network more accurately and intelligently.
