【摘要】：在無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,基于測距的無線定位方法通�；诟黝悳y距模型,以最小二乘法估計位置初值,再利用優(yōu)化算法提高定位精度。由于測距過程受到各類噪聲及其分布變化的影響,在低信噪比情況下傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)化算法存在精度降低、收斂性差等性能惡化的問題,通常導(dǎo)致估計的結(jié)果不是最優(yōu)。針對這一問題,將信賴域算法用于迭代優(yōu)化過程,使用錐模型函數(shù)逼近定位目標(biāo)函數(shù),將目標(biāo)函數(shù)的優(yōu)化過程轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐幌盗凶顑?yōu)化子問題。仿真結(jié)果表明,該方法性能穩(wěn)定,收斂速度快,在低信噪比環(huán)境下比傳統(tǒng)算法具有更好的定位性能。
[Abstract]:In wireless sensor networks, wireless location methods based on ranging are usually based on a variety of ranging models, using the least square method to estimate the initial position. Because the ranging process is affected by various noises and their distribution, the traditional optimization algorithm has some problems such as low precision and poor convergence in low SNR. To solve this problem, trust region algorithm is used to iterate the optimization process, and the cone model function is used to approximate the target function. The optimization process of the objective function is transformed into a series of optimization subproblems. The simulation results show that the proposed method is stable in performance, fast in convergence and has better localization performance than the traditional algorithm in low SNR environment.
