【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會的發(fā)展,我國傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)已經(jīng)不適應(yīng)社會的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)初見端倪。2009年物聯(lián)網(wǎng)被正式提升到國家戰(zhàn)略層面,農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)借機(jī)開啟了發(fā)展之路。溫室農(nóng)業(yè)與物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的碰撞催生了一種全新的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)模式即農(nóng)業(yè)溫室物聯(lián)網(wǎng)。在溫室大棚這種高效農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式基礎(chǔ)上,采用傳感器技術(shù)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、自動控制技術(shù)、測控技術(shù)等開發(fā)的農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)測控系統(tǒng),具有遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測控制的特點(diǎn),能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)的精細(xì)化種植,具有很高的實(shí)用價值。農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)測控系統(tǒng)物理上包括采集控制器、網(wǎng)關(guān)和上位機(jī)三部分,功能上包括采集和控制兩部分。采集部分主要功能是采集溫室大棚內(nèi)部的溫度、濕度、光照、CO2等數(shù)據(jù),通過網(wǎng)關(guān)傳送到上位機(jī);控制部分是遠(yuǎn)程控制溫室內(nèi)的卷簾機(jī)、卷膜機(jī)、生長燈等設(shè)備。網(wǎng)關(guān)作為農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)測控系統(tǒng)的核心組成部分,其重要性毋庸置疑,本文結(jié)合農(nóng)業(yè)溫室特殊環(huán)境,研究并設(shè)計了一款嵌入式智能網(wǎng)關(guān)。農(nóng)業(yè)溫室物聯(lián)網(wǎng)網(wǎng)關(guān)主要功能是對數(shù)據(jù)的匯聚、打包和傳送。本文設(shè)計的嵌入式網(wǎng)關(guān)采用基于Cortex-M3內(nèi)核的STM32F107VCT6作為主控芯片,以及μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系統(tǒng),利用MG323GPRS模塊和DP83848接口芯片實(shí)現(xiàn)了無線傳感網(wǎng)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)兩種異構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的互通。同時,針對田間電力供應(yīng)和通信環(huán)境不穩(wěn)定的特性,設(shè)計了有線、無線兩種通信方式,保證了數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)耐暾院涂煽啃浴?shí)驗(yàn)證明,本文設(shè)計的嵌入式網(wǎng)關(guān)能夠很好的起到橋梁作用,實(shí)現(xiàn)采集控制器與上位機(jī)之間的通信,且網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信穩(wěn)定、可靠性高,滿足農(nóng)業(yè)溫室的需求,實(shí)現(xiàn)了農(nóng)業(yè)溫室的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測與控制。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the traditional agriculture of our country has not adapted to the development of the society, and the modern agriculture has begun to appear. In 2009, the Internet of things was formally promoted to the national strategic level. The collision between greenhouse agriculture and Internet of things technology has given birth to a new mode of agricultural production, that is, agricultural greenhouse Internet of things. On the basis of the high-efficiency agricultural production mode of greenhouse greenhouse, the agricultural Internet of things has opened the way of development. Using sensor technology, Internet technology, automatic control technology, measurement and control technology and other agricultural Internet of things measurement and control system, with the characteristics of remote monitoring and control, can achieve the fine planting of agriculture. The main function of the collection part is to collect the data of temperature, humidity, light and CO _ 2 inside the greenhouse, which is transmitted to the host computer through the gateway. The control part is the remote control of the greenhouse in the rolling curtain machine, film winding machine, growth lights and other equipment. Gateway as a core part of the agricultural Internet of things measurement and control system, its importance is beyond doubt. Based on the special environment of agricultural greenhouse, this paper studies and designs an embedded intelligent gateway.
