【摘要】:本文為高軌激光通信地面演示系統(tǒng)設計高精度、輕量化跟蹤轉臺。首先,調(diào)研了國內(nèi)外跟蹤轉臺的結構形式,通過對比分析得出,單反射鏡式結構轉臺在指向精度和伺服控制上均優(yōu)于其他結構形式,并將其作為本次轉臺設計的機械結構方案;其次,完成了轉臺機械結構部分的設計,并利用有限元軟件對U型架、反射鏡等關鍵結構件進行了輕量化設計,減輕了轉臺整體質(zhì)量,提高了綜合性能;最后,在控制系統(tǒng)設計中,采用電流環(huán)、速度環(huán)和位置環(huán)多回路控制方式,實現(xiàn)轉臺快速對準、精確跟蹤等優(yōu)良性能。通過分析和實驗仿真表明,轉臺的精度滿足通信要求,質(zhì)量輕于其他形式轉臺,輕量化效果明顯。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the high-precision, lightweight tracking turntable is designed for the high-orbit laser communication ground demonstration system. Firstly, the structure of the tracking turntable at home and abroad is investigated and obtained by comparative analysis. The single mirror structure turntable is superior to other structural forms in pointing precision and servo control, and it is regarded as the mechanical structure scheme of this turntable design. Secondly, the mechanical structure of the turntable is designed, and the key components such as U-shaped frame, reflector are designed by using the finite element software, which reduces the overall quality of the turntable and improves the comprehensive performance. Finally, in the control system design, the current loop, the speed loop and the position loop multi-loop control mode are adopted to realize the fast alignment and accurate tracking of the turntable. The accuracy of turntable meets the requirement of communication, the quality of turntable is lighter than other forms of turntable, and the effect of lightweight is obvious.
