【摘要】：目的基于學(xué)習(xí)字典的稀疏編碼能夠自適應(yīng)地表示信號(hào)。然而,傳統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)字典的原子之間缺少關(guān)聯(lián),信號(hào)的相似性在編碼后缺失�？紤]到結(jié)構(gòu)化稀疏表示的魯棒性和判別性能力,結(jié)構(gòu)化字典的構(gòu)建成為一個(gè)重要的任務(wù)。方法依據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的凸優(yōu)化字典學(xué)習(xí)算法,引入數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)編碼路徑的約束(由上層原子激活的索引規(guī)劃下層的索引),構(gòu)思了一種樹(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)字典學(xué)習(xí)框架。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,局部描述符的稀疏表示具有較好的魯棒性和判別性,同時(shí)在KTH數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)上人體行為識(shí)別實(shí)驗(yàn)與其他類似文獻(xiàn)方法相比獲得了較高的識(shí)別精度,其中,時(shí)空梯度方向直方圖(HOG3D)的編碼識(shí)別結(jié)果達(dá)到97.99%。結(jié)論通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,觀察到采用本文構(gòu)建的字典編碼信號(hào)具有較好的魯棒性和判別性,更好的適合分類任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the sparse encoding dictionary can adaptively based on signal. However, the lack of correlation between the traditional learning dictionary of atoms, the lack of similarity in signal encoding. After taking into account the structured sparse representation of robustness and discriminative ability, build a structured dictionary is an important task. The dictionary learning algorithm of convex optimization method according to the standard, the data encoding path constraints (lower index planning activated by the index of the atomic layer), the idea of a tree structured dictionary learning framework. The experimental results show that the sparse local descriptor representation has better robustness and discrimination, while in the KTH database and other human behavior recognition experiment similar methods in the literature compared to obtain a higher recognition accuracy, the spatio-temporal gradient direction histogram (HOG3D) encoding the identification results of the reach 97.99%. The test results show that the dictionary coding signal constructed in this paper has good robustness and discriminability, and it is better suited for classification tasks.
