前端編碼復(fù)用系統(tǒng)建設(shè)方案分析與改造技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:本文對(duì)天塔前端總體播出系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析,特別研究了視音頻業(yè)務(wù)編碼復(fù)用系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)難點(diǎn),并結(jié)合實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行測(cè)試和分析。在全球數(shù)字電視迅速發(fā)展和“三網(wǎng)融合”日益推進(jìn)的歷史背景下,這些工作對(duì)確保節(jié)目播出安全是非常重要的。特此擬定專用于天津本地廣播電視業(yè)務(wù)的編碼復(fù)用系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,并結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行可行性研究。針對(duì)方案中軟硬件需求和本地業(yè)務(wù)特點(diǎn),在硬件方面,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)采用TANDBERG公司的E5710編碼器實(shí)現(xiàn)9+1路SDI信號(hào)的實(shí)時(shí)編碼與MX8400復(fù)用器完成復(fù)用功能;在軟件方面,對(duì)E5710和nCompass Control網(wǎng)管進(jìn)行PSI/SI等相關(guān)參數(shù)的功能配置,并支持Leitch Panacea 16X4矩陣的信號(hào)調(diào)度實(shí)現(xiàn)編碼器的自動(dòng)冗余備份和網(wǎng)管的統(tǒng)一管理。系統(tǒng)搭建完成后,對(duì)其進(jìn)行功能測(cè)試并全面記錄相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)論。其中,發(fā)現(xiàn)了編碼器切換過程中業(yè)務(wù)中斷時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)和網(wǎng)管響應(yīng)速率較慢等安全隱患。試運(yùn)行期間,系統(tǒng)的故障案例也證實(shí)了這一點(diǎn)。為消除以上問題,同時(shí)規(guī)避應(yīng)急流程操作中廣播、電視兩項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)相互掣肘的設(shè)計(jì)弊端,采取分別建設(shè)兩套獨(dú)立的編碼復(fù)用系統(tǒng)的措施以分離廣播與電視業(yè)務(wù),使整體結(jié)構(gòu)更加合理、層次更加分明,且便于管理。對(duì)于此次系統(tǒng)的改造與優(yōu)化,在硬件方面,廣播業(yè)務(wù)編碼復(fù)用系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)采用THOMSON公司的編碼器VIBE實(shí)現(xiàn)15路信號(hào)實(shí)時(shí)編碼與Cisco公司的DCM復(fù)用器完成復(fù)用功能;在軟件方面,對(duì)編碼器VIBE、復(fù)用器DCM的功能參數(shù)進(jìn)行配置和簡(jiǎn)化網(wǎng)管配置文件。經(jīng)測(cè)試、對(duì)比發(fā)現(xiàn)編碼器切換效率得到明顯提高從而減輕了對(duì)播出的不利影響。最后,根據(jù)新系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)的特征,制定了其視、音頻業(yè)務(wù)的故障應(yīng)急流程。本文結(jié)尾對(duì)各個(gè)工作階段進(jìn)行了總結(jié)并展望了數(shù)字電視未來發(fā)展的前景。
[Abstract]:The front end of the overall Tianta broadcast system structure is analyzed, especially on the technical difficulties of audio and video encoding service multiplexing system, combined with the test and analysis of the actual situation in the world. The rapid development of digital TV and the "triple play" the deepening of the historical background, the work to ensure the safety broadcast program is very important. Hereby proposed design and implementation scheme of encoding multiplexing system dedicated to the Tianjin local radio and television business, combined with the status quo of the feasibility study. Aiming at the soft hardware requirements and local business characteristics, in terms of hardware, the system adopts the E5710 encoder of TANDBERG company to realize 9+1 SDI real-time signal encoding and MX8400 multiplexer to complete the multiplexing function; in the aspect of software, function configuration and other related parameters of PSI/SI E5710 and nCompass Control network, and supports Leitch Pana Unified management of automatic redundancy encoder signal scheduling CEA 16X4 matrix and the network management system. After the building is completed, the function test and the comprehensive record of relevant data and conclusion. Among them, found business encoder in the switching process interrupted for a long time and the network response rate and other security risks. During the trial operation, fault case the system also confirmed this point. In order to eliminate the above problems, while avoiding the broadcast emergency process operation, the drawbacks of television two business of mutual constraints, take the construction of two sets of independent encoding multiplexing system measures to separate the radio and television business, so that the overall structure is more reasonable, clearer, and convenient for the transformation of the system management and optimization, in terms of hardware, the design of encoding multiplexing system broadcast service using THOMSON's VIBE encoder to achieve 15 signal in real time The DCM multiplexer with Cisco encoding to complete the multiplexing function; in the aspect of software, the VIBE encoder, the function parameter multiplexer DCM configuration and simplified configuration file. After the test, the comparison encoder switching efficiency is improved so as to reduce the adverse effects of broadcast. Finally, according to the characteristics of the overall structure of the new system. The established, emergency process audio services. At the end of this paper, the work of each phase is summarized and the future prospect of digital television.
