肉品冷鏈物流中基于ZigBee的無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究及應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展以及肉品中冷鏈物流技術(shù)需求的迫切性,將WSN應(yīng)用到肉品冷鏈物流中已成為一種必然的趨勢。 本文對WSN進行了深入研究,將以ZigBee技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的WSN應(yīng)用到肉品冷鏈物流中。主要實現(xiàn)了肉品冷鏈物流運輸過程中冷藏車廂內(nèi)對冷鮮肉和各類低溫肉制品溫度的實時采集和監(jiān)控,此外,針對冷鮮肉排酸車間(冷庫)等大空間場合中的溫度監(jiān)控,本文對WSN空間定位技術(shù)進行了研究。 本文主要分析了肉品冷鏈物流和WSN的實際背景及具體意義。對冷鏈物流中WSN系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行了綜述,分析了ZigBee技術(shù)的特點、體系結(jié)構(gòu)以及協(xié)議標準等,研究了GSM短信技術(shù)的現(xiàn)狀以及常用的AT指令等。 本文設(shè)計的肉品冷鏈物流中WSN體系結(jié)構(gòu)包括終端局域網(wǎng)絡(luò)、骨干傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)及業(yè)務(wù)管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)。終端局域網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺的構(gòu)建用到的主要元器件有CC2430芯片和DS18B20傳感器等,,骨干傳輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺構(gòu)建時選用的是GSM短信模塊。同時,對這兩個平臺進行了測試。 在硬件平臺構(gòu)建的基礎(chǔ)之上設(shè)計和開發(fā)的肉品冷鏈物流中WSN系統(tǒng)軟件包括ZigBee網(wǎng)絡(luò)中軟件的設(shè)計開發(fā)、GSM短信通信軟件的設(shè)計開發(fā)以及上位機監(jiān)控軟件的設(shè)計開發(fā)。ZigBee網(wǎng)絡(luò)實現(xiàn)了冷鏈物流過程中冷藏車廂內(nèi)溫度數(shù)據(jù)的實時采集和傳輸,GSM短信通信主要實現(xiàn)了兩個GSM短信模塊之間的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸和接收,上位機監(jiān)控軟件主要實現(xiàn)了上位機工作人員對溫度數(shù)據(jù)的實時監(jiān)控,以便在溫度數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)生異常時及時采取措施。 為了保障肉品在排酸車間(冷庫)等大空間場合中的質(zhì)量,本文研究了WSN定位技術(shù)并且設(shè)計了一種WSN三維空間定位方法,這種方法充分利用了目前較為成熟的WSN平面定位技術(shù)并且結(jié)合了本文設(shè)計的移動錨節(jié)點來實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of sensor network and the urgency of the demand for the cold chain logistics in meat products, it has become an inevitable trend to apply WSN to the cold chain logistics of meat products.
This paper makes a deep research on the WSN based on ZigBee WSN is applied to the meat cold chain logistics. Mainly realizes the inside of the cold meat and all kinds of meat products of low temperature real-time temperature acquisition and monitoring, chilled meat cold chain logistics and transport process in the cold fresh meat acid workshop (cold) temperature in the monitoring of large space, this paper studied the WSN space positioning technology.
This paper mainly analyzes the practical background and the specific meaning of meat cold chain logistics and WSN. The key technology of WSN system in cold chain logistics are discussed in the article, analyzes the characteristics of ZigBee technology, the system structure and protocol standards, studies the present situation of GSM technology and the commonly used AT commands.
Meat cold chain logistics in the design of the WSN architecture includes terminal network, backbone network and business network management terminal. Local area network platform mainly used components with CC2430 chip and DS18B20 sensor, backbone transmission network platform construction is the selection of the GSM SMS module. At the same time, on the two platform for the test.
The design and development of WSN system software including software ZigBee in the network of meat cold chain logistics design and development based on the hardware platform in the design and development of.ZigBee network GSM SMS communication software design and PC monitoring software to realize the real-time data acquisition and transmission of temperature refrigerated compartment of the cold chain logistics process, GSM SMS communication mainly realizes the data transmission between two GSM SMS module and receiving PC monitoring software to achieve the real-time monitoring of temperature data of the staff of PC, to take timely measures to occur in abnormal temperature data.
In order to ensure meat in acid workshop (cold) quality in big space, this paper studies the WSN positioning technology and the design of a WSN three-dimensional space positioning method, this method makes full use of the WSN plane positioning technology is more mature and the combination of the mobile anchor node is designed to achieve.
