【摘要】:激光雷達(dá)是典型的光、機(jī)、電一體化系統(tǒng),用于測(cè)量目標(biāo)的距離、方位等信息。隨著它的廣泛應(yīng)用,其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的要求也越來越高。不僅需要激光雷達(dá)有很好的跟蹤能力,而且要求整體結(jié)構(gòu)的小型化。為適應(yīng)這一需求,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一款小型激光雷達(dá)結(jié)構(gòu)。選用掃描跟蹤式結(jié)構(gòu)方案,通過導(dǎo)光系統(tǒng)降低轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)負(fù)載重量和轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量,從而達(dá)到結(jié)構(gòu)小型化的目的。通過對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行有限元分析,確保滿足環(huán)境使用條件要求。激光雷達(dá)測(cè)角精度是其重要指標(biāo),而結(jié)構(gòu)精度是其主要影響因素之一。本文對(duì)激光雷達(dá)測(cè)角誤差的成因及其對(duì)測(cè)角精度的影響進(jìn)行了深入研究,重點(diǎn)討論了導(dǎo)光系統(tǒng)裝配誤差對(duì)測(cè)角精度的影響,并據(jù)此對(duì)激光雷達(dá)裝調(diào)方法進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),確保設(shè)備精度滿足使用要求。
[Abstract]:Lidar is a typical integrated system of light, machine and electricity, which is used to measure the distance and azimuth of the target. The requirement of the structure design is higher and higher. Not only the lidar has good tracking ability, but also the whole structure should be miniaturized. In this paper, a small type of lidar structure is designed. The scanning and tracking structure is used to reduce the load weight and the moment of inertia of the turntable through the light guide system. In order to achieve the purpose of miniaturization of the structure. Through the finite element analysis of the design structure to ensure that meet the requirements of the environment. The accuracy of the laser radar angle measurement is an important index. The structure precision is one of the main influencing factors. In this paper, the cause of the laser radar angle measurement error and its influence on the angle measurement accuracy are studied in depth, and the influence of the light guide system assembly error on the angle measurement accuracy is discussed in detail. Based on this, the installation method of lidar is designed to ensure the accuracy of the equipment meets the requirements.
