【摘要】:無(wú)掃描3D成像光雷達(dá)有著探測(cè)視場(chǎng)大、成像速度快、探測(cè)距離遠(yuǎn)、分辨率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在軍事、醫(yī)療、測(cè)繪等領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。現(xiàn)階段的無(wú)掃描三維成像光雷達(dá)技術(shù)有著兩類不同的實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,一類是利用三維成像傳感器件直接獲取目標(biāo)的3D像,另一類是利用二維成像傳感器件通過(guò)強(qiáng)度像與距離像合成的方法來(lái)獲得目標(biāo)的3D像。目前,絕大多數(shù)的三維成像光雷達(dá)方案選擇后一種方案,而這些方案多采用調(diào)制激光作為發(fā)射光源或昂貴的ICCD等調(diào)制接收器件,這就導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)難度大、成本較高。本文通過(guò)對(duì)目標(biāo)三維成像原理的研究,提出采用大功率LED代替激光作為發(fā)射光源,并利用高靈敏度線陣CCD器件的電子快門功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)一定距離上的低成本三維成像方案。最后根據(jù)該方案構(gòu)建了一套以FPGA為控制核心,USB2.0為數(shù)據(jù)傳輸接口的實(shí)驗(yàn)演示平臺(tái),對(duì)一定范圍內(nèi)的目標(biāo)進(jìn)行了測(cè)距實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了采用該種方法實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)三維成像的可行性,本文主要工作內(nèi)容如下:1.完成基于非激光光源的無(wú)掃描3D成像光雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)的整體設(shè)計(jì)方案,根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)預(yù)期與實(shí)驗(yàn)室條件完成器件的選型。2.系統(tǒng)的硬件電路設(shè)計(jì),主要包括系統(tǒng)電源部分、快門型線陣CCD器件TCD1304控制部分、模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器件AD80066的控制部分、USB傳輸接口模塊以及FPGA控制模塊。3.系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì),主要包括采用硬件描述語(yǔ)言VerilogHDL實(shí)現(xiàn)的快門型線陣CCD器件TCD1304的驅(qū)動(dòng)控制部分、模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器件AD80066的配置與驅(qū)動(dòng)部分、FPGA數(shù)據(jù)處理部分、USB控制傳輸部分以及采用VC++編寫的USB上位機(jī)控制程序。
[Abstract]:Non-scanning 3D imaging lidar has the advantages of large detection field of view, high imaging speed, long detection range and high resolution in military and medical treatment. Mapping and other fields have a wide range of applications. At present, there are two kinds of different schemes in the non-scanning 3D imaging lidar technology, one is to use 3D imaging sensor device to directly obtain 3D image of the target. The other is to obtain the 3D image of the target by combining the intensity image with the range image by using the two-dimensional imaging sensor. At present, most of the 3D imaging lidar schemes choose the latter scheme. Most of these schemes use modulated laser as the emitting light source or expensive modulation receiver such as ICCD, which leads to the difficulty and high cost of the system. In this paper, the three-dimensional imaging principle of the target is studied. High power LED is used instead of laser as emitting light source, and the electronic shutter function of high sensitivity linear CCD device is used. Finally, a set of experimental demonstration platform using FPGA as the control core and USB2.0 as the data transmission interface is constructed according to the low cost 3D imaging scheme at a certain distance. A range of target ranging experiments are carried out to verify the feasibility of using this method to realize the three-dimensional imaging of the target. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. The whole design scheme of non-scanning 3D imaging lidar system based on non-laser light source is completed. The hardware circuit design of the system includes the power supply part of the system and the TCD1304 control part of the shutter linear array CCD device. The control part of AD80066 and FPGA control module. 3. Software design of the system. It mainly includes the driving and controlling part of the shutter linear CCD device TCD1304 which is realized by the hardware description language VerilogHDL. The configuration and driving part of the analog-to-digital converter (AD80066) is composed of the data processing part and the control and transmission part of AD80066, and the USB PC control program written by VC.
