【摘要】：電力電子整流電路是測控雷達(dá)伺服系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。某型測控雷達(dá)采用了三相零式反并聯(lián)可逆整流電路結(jié)構(gòu)。分析了整流電路可逆運(yùn)行的工作原理以及晶閘管觸發(fā)電路的控制方式,利用MATLAB/Simulink的建模功能,建立了觸發(fā)脈沖產(chǎn)生電路和整流電路的模型,仿真得出系統(tǒng)可逆運(yùn)行時(shí)電機(jī)的工作狀態(tài)以及整流電路輸出電壓波形。仿真結(jié)果顯示,此整流電路可以實(shí)現(xiàn)電機(jī)的四象限運(yùn)行,所建模型正確。利用該模型可以對測控雷達(dá)伺服系統(tǒng)的分析和設(shè)計(jì)起到很好的輔助作用。
[Abstract]:The power electronic rectifying circuit is an important part of the measurement and control radar servo system. The structure of a three phase zero type invertible reversible rectifier circuit is adopted in a certain type of measurement and control radar. Analysis of the working principle and operation of the reversible rectifier circuit of thyristor trigger control circuit, using the modeling function of MATLAB/Simulink, a trigger pulse generating circuit and rectifier circuit model, simulation system of reversible motor working state and the rectification circuit output voltage waveform. The simulation results show that the rectifying circuit can run the four quadrant of the motor and the model is correct. The model can play a very good auxiliary role in the analysis and design of the measurement and control radar servo system.
