【摘要】：望遠(yuǎn)鏡主鏡面形誤差的指標(biāo)制定、分析以及評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)主鏡加工具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。提出一種結(jié)構(gòu)函數(shù)分析方法,利用它分析了大氣湍流對(duì)望遠(yuǎn)鏡系統(tǒng)成像質(zhì)量的影響,制定出主鏡面形加工誤差的指標(biāo)要求;通過(guò)建立澤尼克多項(xiàng)式與結(jié)構(gòu)函數(shù)的直接轉(zhuǎn)化關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)主鏡面形誤差的有效評(píng)價(jià),給出了具體的轉(zhuǎn)化步驟及結(jié)果;通過(guò)巨型麥哲倫望遠(yuǎn)鏡(GMT)實(shí)例對(duì)分析過(guò)程進(jìn)行了具體說(shuō)明。結(jié)構(gòu)函數(shù)分析方法與整鏡均方根(RMS)波像差等方法相比,能更準(zhǔn)確及完善地評(píng)價(jià)望遠(yuǎn)鏡主鏡的面形誤差,對(duì)鏡面加工更具指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The formulation, analysis and evaluation methods of telescope main mirror error are of great significance for primary mirror machining. A structural function analysis method is proposed, which is used to analyze the influence of atmospheric turbulence on the imaging quality of the telescope system, and to work out the index requirements for the machining error of the main mirror, and to establish the direct transformation relationship between the Zenick polynomial and the structure function. The effective evaluation of the main mirror shape error is realized, the concrete transformation steps and results are given, and the analysis process is explained by the (GMT) example of the giant Magellanic Telescope. Compared with the whole mirror RMS (RMS) wave aberration method, the structural function analysis method can evaluate the surface shape error of the primary mirror more accurately and perfectly, which is more instructive for mirror machining.
