超流氦多孔塞相分離器的研究綜述

【摘要】:超流氦恒溫器是遠(yuǎn)紅外探測(cè)器冷卻系統(tǒng)的主要設(shè)備,氣液相分離器則是超流氦恒溫器的關(guān)鍵部件,能有效完成超流氦的氣液分離,防止泄漏并實(shí)現(xiàn)空間液體的綜合管理。文中介紹了在空間紅外探測(cè)中應(yīng)用較多的多孔塞相分離器的工作原理,描述了多孔塞的流量特性曲線,并對(duì)曲線上各工作區(qū)域的質(zhì)量流量與溫差(壓差)的關(guān)系式進(jìn)行了介紹。文中還對(duì)多孔塞的制備工藝進(jìn)行了分析,并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展給出了合理選擇多孔塞所需要注意的相關(guān)參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:The superfluid helium thermostat is the main equipment of the far infrared detector cooling system, and the gas-liquid phase separator is the key component of the superfluid helium thermostat. It can effectively complete the gas-liquid separation of superfluid helium, prevent leakage and realize the integrated management of the space liquid. This paper introduces the working principle of the porous plug phase separator which is widely used in the space infrared detection, describes the flow characteristic curve of the porous plug, and introduces the relationship between the mass flow rate of each working area on the curve and the temperature difference (pressure difference). The preparation process of porous plug is also analyzed, and the relevant parameters for reasonable selection of porous plug are given according to the research progress at home and abroad.
