2015年3月20日日食對(duì)德國(guó)電網(wǎng)的影響

【摘要】:由于德國(guó)的可再生能源發(fā)電占比很高,2015年3月20日發(fā)生的日偏食使德國(guó)光伏出力在短時(shí)間內(nèi)大幅度波動(dòng),對(duì)德國(guó)的電力平衡、電網(wǎng)安全造成了威脅,也影響了電力交易。但最終德國(guó)沒有發(fā)生任何電力短缺或停電,并且電網(wǎng)頻率波動(dòng)甚至比平常還要小。通過分析日食當(dāng)日與非日食日的電力數(shù)據(jù),以及電網(wǎng)公司采取的措施,探討了光伏大規(guī)模接入電網(wǎng)后遇到極端自然現(xiàn)象時(shí)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與預(yù)防措施。結(jié)果表明,電網(wǎng)的合理規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、適當(dāng)?shù)奶摂M電廠以及需求側(cè)管理技術(shù)和調(diào)度部門的協(xié)作對(duì)于維持供電安全有著重要意義。
[Abstract]:Due to the high proportion of renewable energy generation in Germany, the partial solar eclipse on March 20, 2015 made the German photovoltaic force fluctuate greatly in a short time, which threatened the German power balance and power grid security, and also affected the electricity trade. In the end, however, there were no power shortages or power cuts in Germany, and the frequency of the grid fluctuated even less than usual. Based on the analysis of power data of solar eclipse and non-solar eclipse and the measures taken by grid companies, the experience and preventive measures of extreme natural phenomena after large-scale photovoltaic connection to power grid are discussed. The results show that the reasonable planning and design of the power network, the proper virtual power plant, the cooperation of the demand-side management technology and the dispatching department are of great significance for the maintenance of power supply security.
