【摘要】：天文星表的交叉認(rèn)證是天文研究中非常重要的基礎(chǔ)工作。新巡天項(xiàng)目和更強(qiáng)大望遠(yuǎn)鏡的投入使用,使天文數(shù)據(jù)爆炸增長,數(shù)據(jù)量的增加使得兩個(gè)星表之間的交叉認(rèn)證變得非常耗時(shí)。描述了如何利用MapReduce實(shí)現(xiàn)并行天文星表交叉認(rèn)證,綜合考慮了算法與體系結(jié)構(gòu)的匹配問題,并給出了在大數(shù)據(jù)天文星表交叉認(rèn)證工作的性能評(píng)估,通過與廣泛使用的PostgreSQL數(shù)據(jù)庫的比較,證明了基于MapReduce交叉認(rèn)證方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:The cross-certification of the astrological catalogue is a very important basic work in astronomical research. The new survey project and the use of more powerful telescopes have made astronomical data exploding. The increase of data amount makes cross-authentication between two catalogs very time-consuming. This paper describes how to use MapReduce to implement parallel astronomical catalog cross-authentication. The matching problem between algorithm and architecture is considered synthetically, and the performance evaluation of large data astronomical catalogue cross certification is given, and the comparison with the widely used PostgreSQL database is given. The validity of cross-authentication method based on MapReduce is proved.
