【摘要】:提出了一種基于空間光程差調(diào)制的條紋位置測量方法,用于恒星干涉儀條紋搜尋和條紋追蹤.來自基線兩端的兩光束合束時(shí),通過合束器在兩光束之間引入一個(gè)傾角,用以實(shí)現(xiàn)靜態(tài)的空間光程差調(diào)制.使用成像透鏡將靜態(tài)光程差調(diào)制得到的白光干涉條紋成像到CCD探測器上.白光條紋位置的偏移與兩光束之間的光程差大小相關(guān),使用獲得的干涉條紋實(shí)時(shí)計(jì)算白光條紋位置,測量出兩束光之間的光程差,用于延遲線的實(shí)時(shí)光程差補(bǔ)償,從而可以穩(wěn)定干涉條紋.數(shù)值模擬和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用該方法獲得的最大光程差測量誤差為0.159μm,小于數(shù)值模擬和實(shí)驗(yàn)所用寬帶光的平均波長0.555μm,測量精度滿足條紋相干的要求.與時(shí)間調(diào)制方法相比,該方法原理和算法簡單,且對于大氣擾動(dòng)更不敏感.
[Abstract]:A fringe position measurement method based on spatial optical path difference modulation is proposed for star interferometer fringes search and fringe tracing. A dip angle is introduced between the two beams by a beam combiner. The white light interference fringes obtained by the static optical path difference modulation are imaged onto the CCD detector by using the imaging lens. The deviation of the white light stripe position and the optical path difference between the two beams. Relevant. Using the obtained interference fringes to calculate the position of white light stripes in real time, the optical path difference between two beams of light is measured, which can be used to compensate the real time optical path differences of delay lines, thus the interference fringes can be stabilized. The numerical simulation and experimental results show that the interference fringes can be stabilized. The maximum optical path difference error obtained by this method is 0.159 渭 m, which is less than the average wavelength of the broadband light used in numerical simulation and experiment. Compared with the time modulation method, this method is simple in principle and algorithm and less sensitive to atmospheric disturbance.
