【摘要】:月壤為離散介質(zhì),其力學(xué)行為不僅受外部因素影響,而且受月壤顆粒形狀之間相互作用和約束因素影響,一般連續(xù)介質(zhì)力學(xué)難以模擬其力學(xué)特性,而離散元法作為一種分析離散介質(zhì)的數(shù)值方法,可用來模擬器具與月壤相互作用的力學(xué)行為.基于前蘇聯(lián)Luna-24月面鉆取采樣過程力學(xué)機(jī)理分析,首先對鉆取運(yùn)動過程進(jìn)行分析,然后應(yīng)用PFC3D離散元軟件,構(gòu)建離散元月壤模型,通過賦予顆粒接觸剛度、摩擦系數(shù)、粘結(jié)系數(shù)等定義月壤本構(gòu)模型,仿真鉆取過程,對比鉆取消耗能量和鉆進(jìn)阻力.計算結(jié)果表明螺距和轉(zhuǎn)速對鉆取消耗能量和鉆進(jìn)阻力影響較大,螺距越大,轉(zhuǎn)速越高,鉆取消耗能量和鉆進(jìn)阻力越大,且與螺距和轉(zhuǎn)速呈線性關(guān)系.研究結(jié)果可為月表采樣機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計與優(yōu)化提供借鑒.
[Abstract]:Lunar soil is a discrete medium, and its mechanical behavior is affected not only by external factors, but also by interaction and constraint factors between the particle shapes of lunar soil. It is difficult to simulate its mechanical properties in general continuum mechanics. As a numerical method to analyze the discrete medium, the discrete element method can be used to analyze the mechanical behavior of the lunar soil interaction between the simulator and the lunar soil. Based on the mechanical mechanism analysis of the sampling process of Luna-24 lunar surface drilling in the former Soviet Union. Firstly, the drilling motion process was analyzed, then the discrete element lunar soil model was constructed by using PFC3D discrete element software. The lunar soil constitutive model was defined by endowing particle contact stiffness, friction coefficient, bond coefficient and so on. Simulation drilling process, compared with drilling energy consumption and drilling resistance. The calculation results show that the pitch and speed of drilling energy consumption and drilling resistance have a greater impact, the larger the pitch, the higher the speed. The higher the drilling energy consumption and drilling resistance, and the linear relationship with pitch and rotational speed, the results can be used for reference in the design and optimization of monthly surface sampling mechanism.

【正文快照】: 從前蘇聯(lián)Luna-16/20/24無人登月和美國Aopllo-11/12/14/15/16/17有人登月,人類共進(jìn)行過9次月表取樣.雖然前蘇聯(lián)和美國的月面取樣器具經(jīng)過地面試驗的層層考核和全面驗證,但是登月后實際采樣時還是碰到了許多意想不到的困難,曾出現(xiàn)過鉆取時不能及時排屑或月壤過于密實等出現(xiàn)停鉆
