【摘要】：針對(duì)射電望遠(yuǎn)鏡FAST節(jié)點(diǎn)受力大、設(shè)計(jì)壽命30年、高空野外使用、后期維護(hù)不便、安全性要求高的特點(diǎn),提出了兩種節(jié)點(diǎn)方案。為降低節(jié)點(diǎn)自質(zhì)量,分析選取了鑄鋼及鍛造節(jié)點(diǎn)材料,計(jì)算了極限狀態(tài)法與許用應(yīng)力法的強(qiáng)度準(zhǔn)則,研究了考慮間隙的接觸應(yīng)力計(jì)算方法,推導(dǎo)了滿足銷軸裝配空間的數(shù)學(xué)表達(dá)式,并以此作為優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的約束條件,建立了節(jié)點(diǎn)參數(shù)化APDL程序模型,完成了節(jié)點(diǎn)輕量化有限元分析,并對(duì)比了兩種節(jié)點(diǎn)方案。結(jié)果表明,兩種節(jié)點(diǎn)質(zhì)量分別減低了11%,10%。該研究為后續(xù)節(jié)點(diǎn)疲勞分析及樣件研制提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the characteristics of the FAST node of radio telescope, such as the large force of the node, the design life of 30 years, the high-altitude field application, the late maintenance and the high safety requirements, two node schemes are proposed. In order to reduce the node self quality, analysis and selection of cast steel and forging joint materials, strength criterion should use force method and a limit state method is calculated, considering the gap contact stress calculation method, the mathematical expression is deduced to meet pin assembly space, and as a constraint optimization design, is established node parameter APDL model, the node weight of finite element analysis and comparison of two kinds of node scheme. The results show that the quality of the two kinds of nodes is reduced by 11% and 10% respectively. The study provides a reference for the fatigue analysis and sample development of subsequent nodes.
