尼山水庫(kù)防吸蝕、防滲組合式幕墻技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:尼山水庫(kù)位于泗河支流小沂河中游、曲阜市尼山鄉(xiāng)境內(nèi),最大庫(kù)容為1.01億m3,包括土壩、溢洪道、輸水洞及水電站等建筑物。水庫(kù)建成后,對(duì)防洪、灌溉等起到了一定的作用。但是由于大壩修建在砂礫石壩基上,下伏溶洞型灰?guī)r,沒(méi)有可靠的截滲,壩基滲漏嚴(yán)重,壩后滲透變形,兩岸壩前天然鋪蓋多次產(chǎn)生裂縫和塌坑,已危及土壩安全,長(zhǎng)期處于病險(xiǎn)狀態(tài)。為此,必須進(jìn)行全面有效的壩基防滲處理,以達(dá)到除險(xiǎn)保壩的目的。 本課題針對(duì)工程中存在的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行了壩前鋪蓋塌陷試驗(yàn)、大壩滲流計(jì)算、垂直防滲技術(shù)研究等,完成了防吸蝕、防滲組合式幕墻的研究,根據(jù)壩基巖溶性質(zhì)、地質(zhì)構(gòu)造、裂隙率因素,采取了不同的防滲處理方案,溶洞型泥質(zhì)條帶灰?guī)r帶進(jìn)行帷幕灌漿,對(duì)較大溶洞先適當(dāng)拋填級(jí)配料后再灌漿;兩岸階地和河槽覆蓋礫質(zhì)粗砂段采用混凝土防滲墻方案。本課題的研究?jī)?nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)方面: 1.基于幾個(gè)算法的大壩加固前滲流分析計(jì)算,石灰?guī)r溶洞、溶槽、溶溝及裂隙發(fā)育的巖體滲流,由于巖體有強(qiáng)烈的各向異性,裂隙率大,滲透性也大,按一般水文地質(zhì)計(jì)算有較大的困難。為了論證水庫(kù)的滲漏量及兩岸塌坑的原因,本文采用了多種分析方法進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算。 2.根據(jù)尼山水庫(kù)工程大壩壩基存在的問(wèn)題和工程地質(zhì)、水文地質(zhì)情況,以及壩前鋪蓋塌陷試驗(yàn)研究的成果,確定尼山水庫(kù)壩基應(yīng)該采用垂直截滲方案。對(duì)不做防滲處理、僅做壩基基巖帷幕灌漿、僅做壩基覆蓋層砼防滲墻、壩基覆蓋層和基巖做組合防滲帷幕處理情況下的滲流情況進(jìn)行比較分析。 3.壩坡穩(wěn)定計(jì)算,分別對(duì)施工前、施工過(guò)程中和施工后的壩坡進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)定計(jì)算,并進(jìn)行了應(yīng)力應(yīng)變分析。

However, because the dam is built on the gravel dam foundation, the underlying cavernous limestone, there is no reliable seepage, the dam foundation leakage is serious, the seepage deformation behind the dam, and the natural paving in front of the two sides of the dam produces cracks and craters many times, which has endangered the safety of the earth dam and is in a state of illness for a long time. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out comprehensive and effective seepage prevention treatment of dam foundation in order to achieve the purpose of eliminating danger and protecting dam. In view of the problems existing in the project, the collapse test in front of the dam, the calculation of dam seepage and the study of vertical seepage prevention technology are carried out, and the combined curtain wall of anti-erosion and seepage prevention is studied. according to the Karst properties of dam foundation, geological structure and fracture rate factors, different seepage prevention treatment schemes are adopted, and curtain grouting is carried out in limestone belt of caverns type muddy belt, and then grouting is carried out for larger caverns. Concrete impervious wall scheme is adopted in gravel coarse sand section covered with terraces and grooves on both sides of the strait. The research contents of this subject include the following aspects: 1. Based on several algorithms, the seepage analysis and calculation of limestone caverns, grooves, trenches and fissures are based on several algorithms. because of the strong anisotropy of rock mass, the fracture ratio is large and the permeability is also large, it is difficult to calculate according to the general hydrogeology.
