本文對(duì)主縱梁式弧形閘門,當(dāng)梁格為同層布置時(shí),提出了框架作用荷載為幾個(gè)集中荷載和梯形分布荷載相結(jié)合考慮的設(shè)計(jì)原則。對(duì)孤形閘門的下料、拚裝、焊接、組裝以及閘門的安裝的工藝過程、產(chǎn)生的問題、解決的措施,均結(jié)合實(shí)際工程經(jīng)驗(yàn),做了介紹與總結(jié)。文中所談到的一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn),可供深孔弧形閘門的設(shè)計(jì),制造與安裝參考。

The stress of the gate p■v t is also analysed roughly.Therefore, the methanical model and the program may be used in the practical design of su■h a big Λ-haped do■k gate. Also, the data and resu■ts presert d in this paper might be used for reference.

本文應(yīng)用一種由平面應(yīng)力單元和軸力桿件單元組成的空間有限元模型,對(duì)大型船閘開敞式人字閘門啟閉時(shí)的變形與應(yīng)力進(jìn)行了全面的計(jì)算。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明此類人字閘門在風(fēng)、水荷載及自重作用下的整體變形規(guī)律,橫截面剪應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律,背拉桿受力規(guī)律均與模型試驗(yàn),近似計(jì)算及有關(guān)資料中原型觀測、模型試驗(yàn)及計(jì)算結(jié)果相一致。門葉結(jié)構(gòu)總重量及重心計(jì)算成果理想地反映了設(shè)計(jì)情況。本文還對(duì)人字閘門的底樞受力情況進(jìn)行了初步分析。本文對(duì)開敞式人字閘門所作的計(jì)算,進(jìn)一步論證了所應(yīng)用的力學(xué)模型與采用的程序可供大型船閘人字閘門在設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算中采用,提供的計(jì)算結(jié)果可供有關(guān)部門在人字閘門的設(shè)計(jì)中參考。

The objective of this paper is to search for optimal depth of unequal-flanged steel girders in steel gates within the guidelines of "Design Specification of Steel Gates of Water Resources and Hydro Power Engineering", using the principles of optimization design. Based on this study, formulae and design charts are provided to select readily an economical depth of unequal-flanged steel girders.

本文運(yùn)用優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)原理,遵循《水利水電工程鋼閘門設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》的規(guī)定,探求鋼閘門不等翼緣鋼梁的最優(yōu)梁高。根據(jù)研究,提出了迅速選擇不等翼緣鋼梁經(jīng)濟(jì)梁高的公式和圖表。
