    前言：本文在總結(jié)水利工程對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境的各種影響的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)水利工程所產(chǎn)生的生態(tài)問(wèn)題從辯證法的角度進(jìn)行了分析,從當(dāng)代人與后代人之間的關(guān)系、人與自然的關(guān)系著手分析了水利工程生態(tài)問(wèn)題的根源。水利建設(shè)與生態(tài)保護(hù)是一對(duì)矛盾對(duì)立統(tǒng)一體,人的主觀能動(dòng)性能夠促進(jìn)矛盾向好的方面轉(zhuǎn)化。
    This paper rationally analyses the ecological environment influences of hydraulic engineering and point out the root of that problem.It is that the relationship of contemporary person and their descendants and the relationship of humanity and nature is the key.Hydraulic engineering and ecology protection are incompatible entia and human's subjectivity can alleviate the conflict even solve that problem.
