消能錐形閥過流狀態(tài)研究與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:消能錐形閥是一種用于中、高水頭下的消能控流閥門,其內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的好壞直接影響著控流效果。為探究消能錐形閥在不同開度下,過流流量及內(nèi)部流場的變化情況。進行了模型試驗與CFD數(shù)值模擬計算,試驗中發(fā)現(xiàn)開度從100%關(guān)至85%時出現(xiàn)了流量反而上升、進口壓力下降的情況。利用CFD數(shù)值模擬的方法對內(nèi)部流場進行了可視化研究。研究結(jié)果表明,在全開狀態(tài)下錐形閥內(nèi)部存在以下問題:過強的局部高速高壓區(qū)域、低速流動死區(qū)范圍過大、渦流區(qū)過度影響高速過流部分。并對錐形閥進行了一定的結(jié)構(gòu)改進,優(yōu)化了其內(nèi)部流場情況。
[Abstract]:The energy dissipation conical valve is a kind of energy dissipation and flow control valve used in middle and high water head, and its internal structure design directly affects the flow control effect. In order to investigate the change of flow rate and internal flow field of cone valve with different opening. The model test and CFD numerical simulation were carried out. It was found that the flow rate increased and the inlet pressure decreased from 100% to 85%. The visualization of internal flow field is studied by CFD numerical simulation. The results show that the following problems exist in the conical valve under full open condition: the local high speed and high pressure region is too strong, the dead zone range of low speed flow is too large, and the eddy current zone is too much to influence the high speed over flow part. The conical valve was improved to optimize the internal flow field.
