    前言：2004年以來,國際油價一直處于攀升態(tài)勢,世界性的石油價格指數(shù)持續(xù)高位運行,已經對我國經濟及能源戰(zhàn)略產生了一定的影響。深入剖析石油價格上漲的背景成因,探討油價上漲對我國宏觀經濟及相關產業(yè)的負面影響,并提出積極應對石油價格上漲的措施和建議,這是本文作者論述的主要觀點和內容。
    Since 2004, the international oil price will be soaring progressively, this text begins with the reason for analyzing rise of the oil price, having probed into the influence produced toward our country's macro economy and relevant trades of rise of the oil price, and has put forward some and tackled the price of petroleum and gone up on the measures of the risk and influence brought and policy suggestion on this basis.
