Aframax油船自航性能的數(shù)值和試驗研究(英文)

在船舶能效指數(shù)(EEDI)實施的工程背景下,本文對一艘實際營運的阿芙拉(Aframax)油船自航性能的數(shù)值和試驗方法開展了研究。首先,在SSPA拖曳水池進行了阿芙拉船模的螺旋槳敞水試驗、阻力試驗和自航試驗。其次,基于計算流體力學(CFD)理論和Star-CCM+軟件平臺建立了油船自航的數(shù)值模擬方法,在此基礎上對Aframax船模自航性能進行了數(shù)值模擬。采用RANS方程和SST k-ω湍流模型模擬流場粘性,將流體體積函數(shù)法(VOF)用于追蹤瞬時自由液面,此外,應用滑移網(wǎng)格技術來處理螺旋槳旋轉(zhuǎn)問題。最后,通過與試驗結(jié)果進行的對比驗證了數(shù)值方法的有效性,并且對Aframax油船艉部進行了型線優(yōu)化。對比結(jié)果可以發(fā)現(xiàn),優(yōu)化線型船模的推進功率降低了2.98%。
