【摘要】：蘇里格氣田召51區(qū)塊下古生界奧陶系馬家溝組屬于以碳酸鹽巖為主夾蒸發(fā)巖的復(fù)雜巖性地層,是典型的"三低儲(chǔ)層"。采用常規(guī)酸液體系存在酸蝕反應(yīng)過(guò)快、酸蝕裂縫作用距離短、高低滲儲(chǔ)層改造不均勻等問(wèn)題,最終導(dǎo)致酸壓改造效果不理想。因此,針對(duì)該問(wèn)題,開發(fā)了一種新的表面活性劑自轉(zhuǎn)向酸體系,該體系在90℃時(shí)殘酸黏度超過(guò)150 mPa·s,在地層內(nèi)遇油氣自動(dòng)破膠,返排液黏度低于5 mPa·s。該酸液體系在蘇里格氣田召51區(qū)塊現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用1口井,轉(zhuǎn)向效果明顯,試氣產(chǎn)量6×10~4 m~3/d,較采用常規(guī)酸壓的鄰井試氣產(chǎn)量平均增加2倍,并創(chuàng)下了區(qū)塊內(nèi)單井酸壓產(chǎn)量最高記錄。
[Abstract]:The Lower Paleo-Ordovician Majiagou formation in Zhao 51 block of Sulige gas field belongs to the complex lithologic strata with carbonate rock as the main evaporite, and is a typical "three low reservoir". The conventional acid system has some problems, such as too fast acid corrosion reaction, short action distance of acid erosion fracture, uneven reservoir transformation with high and low permeability, and so on, which leads to the unsatisfactory effect of acid fracturing transformation.
