海上油田特稠油靜電聚結(jié)脫水實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:針對渤海特稠油的原油黏度大、油品密度高,油水分離十分困難的特點(diǎn),研制了絕緣電極并開展了室內(nèi)自然沉降和靜電聚結(jié)脫水實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,所研制的絕緣電極可以適應(yīng)高含水特稠油脫水工況,對于初始含水70%~90%的乳化液,處理溫度110℃,在適當(dāng)?shù)碾妶鰪?qiáng)度和藥劑濃度作用下,沉降時(shí)間40 min,脫后含水可以低于30%;對于初始含水30%~60%的乳化液,處理溫度130℃,在適當(dāng)?shù)碾妶鰪?qiáng)度和藥劑濃度作用下,沉降時(shí)間40 min,脫后含水可以低于30%,滿足相關(guān)規(guī)范中對進(jìn)入常規(guī)電脫水器進(jìn)一步處理的要求。通過與自然沉降脫水實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行對比,靜電聚結(jié)脫水技術(shù)能夠較大幅度地提高特稠油脫水效率,大幅降低海上特稠油脫水設(shè)備的尺寸和質(zhì)量。本文實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對海上特稠油靜電聚結(jié)脫水處理工藝設(shè)計(jì)具有一定指導(dǎo)意義。
