一種多面鋸齒金屬顆粒作為骨架材料的高承壓強(qiáng)度、高酸溶隨鉆堵漏鉆井液

【摘要】:超深致密砂巖裂縫性氣藏使用高密度全油基鉆井液鉆遇漏失復(fù)雜時,選用常規(guī)的防漏堵漏材料無法滿足油相分散、酸溶和高承壓等要求。為此,引入了油相分散、剛性高、酸溶率高的鋁合金材料,該材料為密度1.60 g/cm~3的多面鋸齒狀鋁合金顆粒(以下簡稱GYD),將泡沫態(tài)鋁合金研磨成3~80目,較之于現(xiàn)用大理石架橋顆粒,GYD在油相中分散完全,莫氏硬度提高近2倍(介于5~6),酸溶率超過90%。按地層裂縫開度的1/2~2/3架橋規(guī)則,對以高密度全油基鉆井液為基漿,GYD作為骨架顆粒,配合加入纖維類材料和可變性填充粒子的漿液進(jìn)行高溫高壓動靜態(tài)堵漏室內(nèi)模擬評價。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,GYD加量為8%時,堵漏鉆井液封堵強(qiáng)度超過25 MPa,酸溶率達(dá)到65%,穩(wěn)定性良好,48 h密度差小于0.03 g/cm~3。在塔里木盆地某井的現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)效果表明,該井氣藏埋深7 220 m,應(yīng)用高密度油基鉆井液日均漏失量約50 m~3,采用GYD防漏堵漏后鉆進(jìn)無漏失,順利鉆穿儲層,較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了鉆進(jìn)中地層縫內(nèi)高流動阻力和高承壓的"高剛性架橋+纖維成網(wǎng)+變形填充"封堵功能。
