天然氣集輸計(jì)量五閥組常見故障判斷與處理

【摘要】:在高含硫氣田集氣站單井和外輸天然氣計(jì)量中多采用孔板差壓計(jì)量,而五閥組是計(jì)量的主要元件。因此,對計(jì)量五閥組常見故障進(jìn)行判斷與處理是保證天然氣計(jì)量準(zhǔn)確無誤的關(guān)鍵。本文根據(jù)中原油田普光氣田生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場實(shí)際情況針對高含硫氣田計(jì)量五閥組常見故障及其原因進(jìn)行了分析,總結(jié)了故障的常用判斷與處理方法,對現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)提供一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:In the single well of gas gathering station of high-sulfur gas field and single well of gas gathering station of high-sulfur gas field, the differential pressure of the orifice plate is used for metering, and the five-valve group is the main component of measurement. Therefore, it is the key to judge and process the common faults of the five-valve group. Based on the actual situation of the production site of the Puguang Gas Field in Zhongyuan Oilfield, the common faults and the cause of the five-valve group of the high-sulfur gas field are analyzed, and the common judgment and treatment methods of the fault are summarized, and the reference significance is provided to the on-site production.
