槳葉式干燥機干化含油污泥工藝研究

【摘要】:含油污泥屬于危險廢物,對環(huán)境危害極大,但因含有一定的油質(zhì)而具有回收價值,利用熱干化技術(shù)將其水分降低后,可成為燃料加以利用。為了探索槳葉式干燥機處理含油污泥的可行性,以煉油廠污水處理廠的含油污泥為處理對象進行干化處理試驗研究,分析了不同干化溫度、干化時間和污泥供給量對出料污泥含水率和熱值的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,含水率77.6%的污泥樣品,在最佳運行條件下,即當干化溫度為180℃,干化時間為25min和污泥供給量為60kg/h時,干化污泥的含水率可降至30%,熱值達到4 250kcal/kg。
[Abstract]:Oily sludge is a kind of hazardous waste, which is very harmful to the environment, but it has recovery value because of its certain oil quality. After reducing its moisture by thermal drying technology, it can be used as fuel. In order to explore the feasibility of treatment of oily sludge by blade dryer, the experimental study on drying treatment of oily sludge from refinery sewage treatment plant was carried out, and the effects of different drying temperature, drying time and sludge supply on the moisture content and calorific value of sludge were analyzed.
