pH對于表面硼改性納米二氧化鈦交聯(lián)劑交聯(lián)性能的影響

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)有機(jī)硼交聯(lián)羥丙基瓜膠(HPG)凍膠壓裂液體系具有稠化劑用量大,壓裂施工成本高,壓裂殘?jiān)?裂縫導(dǎo)流能力差等諸多缺點(diǎn)。為了達(dá)到降低壓裂液稠化劑用量、提高壓裂施工效果的目的,采用"兩步法"制備了一種表面硼改性的納米二氧化鈦顆粒(NCC)作為HPG壓裂液交聯(lián)劑。研究了pH對于NCC交聯(lián)HPG凍膠耐溫性能的影響,結(jié)果表明隨著pH的增加,NCC凍膠壓裂液的耐溫性能先增大后減小。所形成的凍膠壓裂液在pH=12時耐溫性能最佳。與傳統(tǒng)有機(jī)硼交聯(lián)劑相比,NCC可大大減小稠化劑用量,NCC交聯(lián)的0.3wt%HPG凍膠在pH值8~14的范圍內(nèi)均能保持良好的耐溫性能。利用掃描電鏡表征了NCC凍膠在不同pH值條件下的交聯(lián)形貌及交聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)果表明,在pH為12時,NCC凍膠微觀形貌最致密。
[Abstract]:The traditional organic boron crosslinked hydroxypropyl guar (HPG) gel fracturing fluid system has many shortcomings, such as large dosage of thickener, high cost of fracturing construction, large amount of fracturing residue, poor fracture conductivity and so on. In order to reduce the dosage of fracturing fluid thickener and improve the fracturing effect, a kind of nano-titanium dioxide particle (NCC) modified by surface boron was prepared by "two-step method" as the cross-linking agent of HPG fracturing fluid. The effect of pH on the temperature resistance of NCC crosslinked HPG gel was studied. the results showed that with the increase of pH, the temperature resistance of NCC gel fracturing fluid increased at first and then decreased. The gel fracturing fluid has the best temperature resistance at pH=12. Compared with the traditional organic boron crosslinker, NCC can greatly reduce the amount of thickener. NCC crosslinked 0.3wt%HPG gel can maintain good temperature resistance in the range of pH 8 鈮,
