【摘要】：為解決常規(guī)鋼絲簾線或重疊鋼片式擴(kuò)張封隔器脹封承壓后殘余變形大、易卡管柱的問題,通過設(shè)計(jì)無骨架內(nèi)襯擴(kuò)張式膠筒,研制了無骨架內(nèi)襯擴(kuò)張式封隔器。該封隔器采用兩端嵌套彈簧的方式來提高膠筒多次坐封的可靠性,在工作壓差2.5~5.0 MPa下,膠筒可以充分脹封并可靠密封。室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)表明,無骨架內(nèi)襯擴(kuò)張式封隔器在150℃下可以反復(fù)坐封/解封50次,雙向承壓85 MPa,解封后膠筒殘余變形率小于1.5%。該封隔器在延長油田2口老井重復(fù)復(fù)壓裂施工中進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn),其坐封顯示明顯,且在井內(nèi)工作50h多后,順利解封,封隔器膠筒完好,外徑僅由108mm擴(kuò)大至109mm。研究結(jié)果表明,無骨架內(nèi)襯擴(kuò)張式封隔器封隔能力強(qiáng),能重復(fù)坐封、解封,比常規(guī)擴(kuò)張封隔器膠筒殘余變形小,更易于解封起出管柱。
