無骨架內(nèi)襯擴(kuò)張式封隔器的研制與現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:為解決常規(guī)鋼絲簾線或重疊鋼片式擴(kuò)張封隔器脹封承壓后殘余變形大、易卡管柱的問題,通過設(shè)計(jì)無骨架內(nèi)襯擴(kuò)張式膠筒,研制了無骨架內(nèi)襯擴(kuò)張式封隔器。該封隔器采用兩端嵌套彈簧的方式來提高膠筒多次坐封的可靠性,在工作壓差2.5~5.0 MPa下,膠筒可以充分脹封并可靠密封。室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)表明,無骨架內(nèi)襯擴(kuò)張式封隔器在150℃下可以反復(fù)坐封/解封50次,雙向承壓85 MPa,解封后膠筒殘余變形率小于1.5%。該封隔器在延長油田2口老井重復(fù)復(fù)壓裂施工中進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn),其坐封顯示明顯,且在井內(nèi)工作50h多后,順利解封,封隔器膠筒完好,外徑僅由108mm擴(kuò)大至109mm。研究結(jié)果表明,無骨架內(nèi)襯擴(kuò)張式封隔器封隔能力強(qiáng),能重復(fù)坐封、解封,比常規(guī)擴(kuò)張封隔器膠筒殘余變形小,更易于解封起出管柱。

The Packer adopts the way of nesting springs at both ends to improve the reliability of the rubber cylinder for many times. Under the working pressure difference of 2.5 MPa, the rubber cylinder can be fully expanded and sealed reliably. The laboratory test shows that the expansion Packer without skeleton lining can be repeatedly sealed / unsealed for 50 times at 150 鈩,
