深探井鉆井技術(shù)在遼河雙南區(qū)塊的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:隨著遼河油區(qū)勘探開(kāi)發(fā)的發(fā)展,向深層尋找油氣發(fā)現(xiàn)成為趨勢(shì),雙南區(qū)塊成為一個(gè)新的勘探開(kāi)發(fā)重點(diǎn)。由于雙南區(qū)塊地層復(fù)雜,隨著探井鉆井深度的增加,鉆井難度不斷增大,如深部地層機(jī)械鉆速慢、防斜打直矛盾突出、泥巖井壁穩(wěn)定性差、井下高溫影響鉆井液性能和工具壽命、井控風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大等,對(duì)安全快速鉆井施工提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。本文主要針對(duì)雙南區(qū)塊深探井施工中存在的困難和技術(shù)瓶頸展開(kāi)研究,與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工實(shí)際相結(jié)合,實(shí)驗(yàn)了防斜打直技術(shù)、高效鉆頭優(yōu)選技術(shù)、高壓噴射鉆井技術(shù)、雙擺提速鉆具+PDC復(fù)合鉆進(jìn)技術(shù)等,并取得了初步成果,對(duì)今后遼河油區(qū)深井鉆井提速具有借鑒意義。

[Abstract]:With the development of exploration and development in Liaohe oil area, it has become a trend to find oil and gas in deep layer, and Shuangnan block has become a new focus of exploration and development. Because of the complex formation of Shuangnan block, with the increase of drilling depth, the difficulty of drilling is increasing, such as the slow drilling speed of deep formation machinery, the prominent contradiction of anti-oblique straightening, the poor stability of mudstone wellbore, the influence of downhole high temperature on drilling fluid performance and tool life, and the great risk of well control, which poses new challenges to safe and rapid drilling construction. In this paper, the difficulties and technical bottlenecks existing in the construction of deep exploration wells in Shuangnan block are studied, combined with the field construction practice, the anti-oblique straightening technology, the high efficiency bit optimization technology, the high pressure jet drilling technology, the double pendulum speed-raising drilling tool PDC composite drilling technology and so on are tested, and the preliminary results are obtained, which can be used for reference for the future deep well drilling speed increase in Liaohe oil area.
