油田注汽鍋爐吹灰系統(tǒng)的研究與應用

【摘要】:遼河油田現(xiàn)有注汽鍋爐347臺,大部分已運行15年以上,由于缺少必要的技術手段,鍋爐熱效率已有不同程度的降低,造成鍋爐熱效率降低的主要原因是煙溫高,煙氣指標沒有在最佳狀態(tài),為了解決鍋爐熱效率降低這個實際難題,本課題開展了“注汽鍋爐脈動在線吹灰技術研究與應用”,完成了在線燃氣脈沖吹灰降低排煙溫度裝置研制,通過大量的室內(nèi)試驗工作表明,該裝置能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)在線吹灰,使煙氣溫度由最高時的360℃下降到250℃以下,下降幅度達到100℃以上,效果明顯,因此,該裝置能夠有效地提高鍋爐的熱效率。在線燃氣脈沖的發(fā)生器在吹灰裝置的下游,是燃氣發(fā)生爆燃的主要的空間。本論文利用FLUENT軟件,對吹灰裝置進行了數(shù)值模擬,得到了發(fā)生器內(nèi)的流場分布,計算出發(fā)生器內(nèi)的燃燒過程中溫度分布和壓力分布,以及不同點火位置時的溫度和速度云圖,通過云圖分析得到發(fā)現(xiàn),在中心點點燃時,火焰溫度更高,反應更劇烈,因此裝置中優(yōu)先選擇了中心點點火方式。
