廣西LNG項(xiàng)目輸氣管道工藝計(jì)算及分析研究

【摘要】:廣西壯族自治區(qū)近10年來發(fā)生了巨大的變化,廣西作為國(guó)內(nèi)泛珠三角、西南出海通道、北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的主體構(gòu)成部分,西部大開發(fā)的前沿省份,將逐漸成為我國(guó)西南地區(qū)新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)極。廣西LNG項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)將促進(jìn)廣西經(jīng)濟(jì)又好又快發(fā)展,并將有利于廣西實(shí)現(xiàn)能源結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,有利于廣西人民生活的提高。本文通過公式計(jì)算和軟件分析的方式相結(jié)合,建立物理模型,對(duì)廣西LNG外輸管道的穩(wěn)態(tài)進(jìn)行分析;利用市場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)調(diào)峰需求量進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),分別對(duì)一期投產(chǎn)、一期達(dá)產(chǎn)和二期達(dá)產(chǎn)工況下的各站流量和壓力進(jìn)行分析,明確管徑設(shè)置是否合理;對(duì)外輸管線的壓力最不利點(diǎn)進(jìn)行設(shè)置,確定其余各站的壓力和流量是否滿足要求;對(duì)外輸管道輸氣能力、自救能力、末端儲(chǔ)氣能力等進(jìn)行分析,確定方案是否可行。利用軟件對(duì)LNG氣化后的0℃天然氣出站管線進(jìn)行熱力場(chǎng)分析,確定是否影響地面的相關(guān)生產(chǎn)生活活動(dòng);同時(shí)對(duì)是否設(shè)置內(nèi)涂層進(jìn)行管道最大輸氣能力的計(jì)算分析,提出合理化建議。
[Abstract]:Great changes have taken place in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region in the past 10 years. Guangxi, as the main component of the domestic Pan-Pearl River Delta, southwest sea passage, Beibu Gulf economic belt, and the frontier provinces of the great development of the western region, will gradually become a new economic growth pole in southwest China. The construction of Guangxi LNG project will promote the good and rapid development of Guangxi economy, and will be beneficial to the optimization of energy structure and the improvement of people's life in Guangxi. In this paper, through the combination of formula calculation and software analysis, the physical model is established to analyze the steady state of Guangxi LNG pipeline, and the demand for peak shaving is predicted by using market data, and the flow and pressure of each station in the first stage, the first stage and the second stage are analyzed respectively, and whether the pipe diameter setting is reasonable or not. The pressure of the external pipeline is set up to determine whether the pressure and flow rate of the other stations meet the requirements, and the gas transmission capacity, self-rescue capacity and terminal gas storage capacity of the external pipeline are analyzed to determine whether the scheme is feasible.
